(It’s not ‘listening’ in any sinister manner :) )If the regularity is, say, every 60 seconds yet the alert lasts only 10 seconds, the majority of customers will miss it.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The single worst customer experience I have ever had. Number not ported correctly, but keep being told it's ported and endless cycle of restart device, check correct sim, send out new sim. 3 weeks it's being on for and hours later. Cheapest for a reason!

    @ThreeUK No one I know on your network including myself got the alert. It may have been prevalent to ensure it worked before the 3pm on the 23rd..

    @ThreeUK your business line 337 is appalling, I tried to call twice only for the system to hang up on me twice. Never had this problem when on a personal plan for over 10 years

    @ThreeUK The single worst customer experience ever. Fault with porting my old number meant I got into an endless loop of explaining everything on chat to people of varying degrees of competen, from average to terrible. 3 weeks and still not sorted. Shocking.
