Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

I just wanted to thank everyone who advised me to not go for @ThreeUK and their ID-Mobile counterpart. They have the WORST website/customer service reps EVER. :D Never trust any website that buries it's 'contact us' page. NEVER.

@ThreeUKSupport Aside from not being able to send or receive work calls, I also can't process certain bank payments or log in to important online accounts because they all require a confirmation text or call to my UK number. A local SIM won't solve this issue.

@ThreeUKSupport I have 2 mobile phone contracts with you, one has been fine but the other has been dealt with horrendously. Although each month we usually get the phone reconnected we have the same issues every month! Thank you for your help.

@ThreeUK issues with my contract for almost a year, overcharged by over £300 and never refunded. Since March you cut me off every month and I have to complain to get reconnected. I have just been told on chat I can’t speak to complaints as I owe money. I don’t, you owe me money!!
