    @Mr_Rebecca That’s a terrible experience from @ThreeUK. This is the reason why I’ve always done SIM swaps in a store. As you know you have the SIM. But, obviously, that’s not always possible for so many reasons. I hope they get it sorted soon.

    @accymark @ThreeUKSupport Their system went down on Friday. I waited all day for a delivery then, an advisor even suggested I wait at work until 8, to be told it is coming Monday. The guy that dealt with final complaint was very good.

    Appalling service from @ThreeUK . Twice now waited over 40 minutes on phone and got no response. They are trying to charge an early termination fee for one of my phones when I was told three times there was none. Been a customer 15 years with two phones. Leaving now.
