@ThreeUKSupport Also would latency vary from day to day? Last month I had <100ms, then for a couple of days it was >100ms. After that, it was back to normal stability of 60ms.

Been going through my direct debits to save some cash. Been paying for mobile internet for my dads house for 18 months since he died, obvs not used a single MB. Trying to cancel with @ThreeUK and they want 30days notice. He’s not Jesus lads - unlikely to come back.

@ThreeUKSupport I set up a memorable name yesterday which they asked me for on the call today, but still ‘couldn’t verify me’ based on my call log. Three are the worst company, this is the third complain in less than 12 months. I have emailed the executives office AGAIN to say I can’t 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah, so On the fall he said the first try failed so we tried again and it worked; then after I put the phone down I checked my bank and two payments went out. Okay but I don’t have a 3 sim anymore so what number shall I call?

@johnoceallaigh @ThreeUK Hi Three, I am getting this same problem. It began last night when I was cut off mid-call. I gave unlimited minutes & no control spend blocks. Clearly from this thread this has been an ongoing issue. Is there a fix? I've been a customer for 10 years but this is a massive problem.

@ThreeUKSupport Apparently it's been being fixed for the last 12 months, there has been a phone tower erected near me weeks ago and i thought that may have fixed the issue but no :(
