@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUK your customer service need more training. More than 3 people asking all the security question ,still on the phone and no once explain to me why they charged me more than package cost. I don’t really feel secure if you charge whatever you like from my bank account !!!

@ThreeUKSupport tried to use your chat service this morning but it was a waste of my time. I also tried to phone the customer service only to be kept on hold. Your phone and text service is still down in the Glasgow area. I have waste all morning on this.
