@Mr_Rebecca That’s a terrible experience from @ThreeUK. This is the reason why I’ve always done SIM swaps in a store. As you know you have the SIM. But, obviously, that’s not always possible for so many reasons. I hope they get it sorted soon.

Nope I’ve been with @ThreeUK for one day and they’ve sent me 157 text messages about how my SIM needs replacing... did I forget they also gave me the wrong contract and the wrong colour phone 2 days ago :-))))) Help. Me.
