    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUK False, My service is non existent. No signal since this morning .. no data , no calls.. I even went to a three shop and got a replacement sim and still no luck. Been a customer for over 10 years.. is it time to change providers?

    @ThreeUK I’m raising a complaint about the severe outage on 25 June 2025, which left me unable to make/receive calls or send texts for most of the day. This caused serious inconvenience and safety concerns, especially with reports of 999 being unreachable. I rely on Three for daily use,

Where do I stand in terms of cancellation of my contract and signing up with a more reliable network. This is the second time this has happened
