    @ThreeUKSupport I agreed to stay until the 18th then I’m afraid I’ll have to look elsewhere if I’ve no service.

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUK already knows me so well, been with them 8 years with absolute **** service and decided I had enough so just called them to cancel my contract and they didn’t even tried to give me a better deal. Been on the 15 minutes and I am now proud to say I am free of #three

    This afternoon - 2 phones around Oxford Street - 10 mins no data, gave up. An hour later, 20 minutes no data. Managed to connect. 1 minute later no data for 15 minutes. Problems all week. Sketchy service since day 1 3 is a ******* scam, an abomination @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK the most appalling service received at 48 North End road just now with the total disregard for customers!!! The manager of the store seems to actually spearhead this act!!! He totally refused to listen to me after I advised him I was sold the wrong colour of phones!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Spoken to with such disregard by the manager went ad far as telling me he isn't Obligated to give me the store I.D at North end Road in Croydon ,neither his name and in not so many words I must be stupid or a liar if I thought there was any such thing as an internal system
