    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. It's connected to the 3 network but we still await the text or texts to get her started. Until we know her new number we can't do anything.

    @ThreeUKSupport Once the store reopened, we did get a new SIM from them but it never worked or it couldn't get registered on the network. Seemingly there have been SIMs sent (we never received) & cause they were seemingly registered to the phone they couldn't register the new ones. A nightmare.

    @stevelitchfield @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport That’s weird. Because every time in’s complained but your signal being non-existent in Leeds I get told ‘don’t worry! 5G is coming soon and it’ll be amazing!’ Sounds like I was right to be sceptical. Worst network is ever had.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told that your complaints department said that they wouldn’t deal with me. The dongle was in my holiday home. I have now sold it but you want 220 quid to cancel it. Even though you have had a year of payments for nothing.

    @ThreeUK Absoloutly awful service this last couple of weeks every person I’ve spoken too tells me a different thing, all I wanted to do was upgrade my phone, ended up with two contracts, sent one back over a week ago, still no update and now I’m getting charged for two
