Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport Despite still not having had a security call, the hub arrived this morning. Good news at last. I think your process needs some investigation though, no customer should go over 7 days without being told their order had been stopped days ago. The original order was 927518123743.

@ThreeUKSupport I know 0800 numbers are free on Three but what about 00800 'international freephone' numbers? Other networks count these as regular international calls and your website's call rate checker doesn't work with this extra digit.
