Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport never taking a phone out with your company again. Bought a phone last year at the Trafford Centre told excess on first claim would be under £10 just found out its £80 for a cracked screen.

@ThreeUKSupport 7LA This is not a new problem either, tbh, the service I have has has been shady since I came to three 7 years ago but I always thought it was just the iphones crap antennas. This year I got an s9 and found out, its just three. The WIFI calling only works 10% of the time...
@ThreeUKSupport I have a horrible feeling I will be waiting for yet another week with no answers. Just be honest with your customers. They really do matter. Especially when they have 6 contracts with you.
