    Where UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @ferret1979_1 @ThreeUKSupport Three sim only used to be exempt, they claim its to pay for the 5g network etc.

    why is it i get a newer MiFi mobile wifi from @ThreeUK yet it has worse coverage than the one that i have used for the last 4 years ??? got them in exactly the same place and the old one connects the new one has no network coverage ??

    @ThreeUK big (crap) network. Rubbish coverage, big outages this year and rubbish customer service as one of my contracts came up for renewal. You really have lost your way. First contract switched to a welcoming competitor and the rest of my business contracts will now follow

    @SeRAphInA_0101 @ThreeUKSupport Completely understand how it feels - I was left without service for 10 hours during my switch from Three to O2 (blaming each other as usual, three blamed o2 in my ombudsman submission, o2 blames three, they did give me £35 compensation though)

    @VodafoneUK Ever since your merger with @ThreeUK, I get next to no signal in Bromsgrove and only 4G. When before it was fine and was getting 5G.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am still experiencing coverage issues in the TR1 area and it’s been a frustrating morning of trying to contact you as I have no wifi either. Away from home and need to keep in touch with family. Could you sort this out, please. Been then case since Tuesday.

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneThreeUK the problem with merger, which mast in ammanford is being used, Vodafone is on top of Argos, three on top of BT. If three is down, Vodafone is down. If voda goes off, three goes off??

    Honestly internet coverage the last few days has been atrocious. Wifi hub unable to connect to internet and having to resort to hot spotting...waste of my data and money. @ThreeUK fix the issue and do better please - your website saying there is an issue, but no updates given
