Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport never taking a phone out with your company again. Bought a phone last year at the Trafford Centre told excess on first claim would be under £10 just found out its £80 for a cracked screen.

@ThreeUKSupport by the way, I just did another check and I am currently receiving 0.68 Mbps in the city of London, your call center admits that there is an issue in this area, so someone is telling fibs
@ThreeUKSupport Yes, had many chats since the 10th when I first logged a call. The issue has now been closed as unresolved/unsolvable. I really want to cancel the contract as I cannot rely on the poor quality and lack of service I am getting now

@_ACasso I switched to @EE from @ThreeUK for my mobile last year, purely because Three don’t support the cellular Apple Watch. I’ve learnt that they promised much when 4G came out but delivered little while stringing us all along. Pleased I left.
@ThreeUKSupport Heres a few addresses ec3m 7ha, ec2m 7py, ec2n 1hn. Basically anywhere with the square mile ( city of london ) my phone has awful data speeds to the point of being unusable.
@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to your customer services over the attitude of the guy in store - you advised me to take ID which I did - just not a passport or drivers license
