Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport I won't bother until I get the bill - half an hour on web chat yesterday to start again at the bottom of the phone support tree today for the same issue, taking well over an hour from start to finish, plus time to find a new contract. I've no patience for a web chat tonight.

@ThreeUK Disgraceful refusing to let me cancel a monthly rolling contract on the basis your system has an error since June. Then cutting off my son's phone and overcharging whilst we are still paying! Completely in breach of Ofcom rules @Ofcom

@ThreeUKSupport I've been calling 333 since June! What would you do in my position? You're still billing a number that you have cut off, you're telling me I can't cancel and I can't transfer the number. Everytime I call 333 it takes 20 minutes for the person to tell me call back in 48hrs!

@ThreeUK I am disgusted with your customer services. I have been trying to get on your App and had to call customer services who inform me that my name isn’t my name even tho I have written correspondence from you!! Cancelling my contract tomorrow!

@ThreeUKSupport We've been at this since June, we tried to change the payment/ownership of one of our numbers to my son and renew the contract on a new deal withu. Apparently the order has been stuck since June. Every Time we are told wait another 48 hours! We've been told we can't even cancel!
