Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport never taking a phone out with your company again. Bought a phone last year at the Trafford Centre told excess on first claim would be under £10 just found out its £80 for a cracked screen.

@ThreeUK I’ve just been sent an email threatening me with debt collectors for cancelling a direct debit on your online chat persons instruction. I’ve never received the router in question and keep getting cut off by your call centre?!
@ThreeUKSupport 4G is presently 0.9mbps, I have an iPhone 11 which is approximately 3 weeks old so unlikely to be the phone especially as this problem has persisted for the few years I’ve been with three on all my phones which have been iPhones , galaxy note 9, galaxy note 10, huawei P20 Pro
@ThreeUKSupport Yes restarted my phone in the hope it’ll speed things up but it never does, when I travel from one place to another I turn my phone off & on, also 3G is presently 0.02 mbps it’s not even fast/stable enough to open the three app. It’ll be like this till October then it’ll work ok
@ThreeUK Hi, my iPhone (11) is telling me that I get 4G at home (HX2) but the actual service I get is absolutely appalling. It’s the same in the town centre, HX1. I was a 3 customer a couple of years ago and don’t remember it being this bad. Could you advise please?
