Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Where UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

@ThreeUKSupport phone keeps going to emergency calls only and mobile data is very slow (5g area near Edinburgh). Know it's not the phone as dual sum (O2) is working fine. Maybe a SIM problem? How can I get a reacement SIM please?

@ThreeUK wait you added Roaming fees? Didn't you brag about getting rid of them before the EU legislation and claim it had nothing to do with that? It's the only reason I joined in the first place and the rest of the service is not different enough to stay.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s the Huawei 5G one and issues on every device. Mobiles sometimes work but PlayStation and PC don’t for Netflix. Getting a network error code.
