    @ThreeUKSupport Signal has dropped dramatically over the last few days in my home. Have been getting fantastic 5g speeds, but now barely 4g on one bar. Something is wrong with your transmitter. Can you fix it please.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Rhiannon, I have spoken to support on the app and on the phone about this today and they have said there’s nothing that can be done and I would have to leave my sim only contract to use the phone. Is there no way an exception could be made and an esim made ? Thanks!

    When you’ve had no internet for 6 days so are unable to work from home, loss of earnings & @ThreeUKSupport offer you a solution of “find another internet provider” & when you state that’s not satisfactory, they offer you a £3 off your next bill. Is this a joke?
