Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Where UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

@ThreeUKSupport Guys, your phone system is horrible. You've told me you won't support my current contract after mid July and given alternative options. If I accept one of the three options you've given is it treated as extending existing agreeent (meaning I keep go roam)?

@ThreeUKSupport Online. There was an issue where the delivery date showed 2 months in the past so not sure if that's a factor. Since sending my initial tweet I put the new Pay monthly SIM in, tried to register on My3 and got an error stating it wasn't a valid 3 number, so I've put my old in.

@jamesoflynn @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Seems strange Three can't just change the new three number to mums old three number considering its their network. Things are never easy. Poor mother new phone now and can't use due to Sim issues. Will let hubby try and sort it later!
