Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for coming back. So the connection part is fine. The problem is just getting functional internet after that. Nothing seems to load. When I get a moment I will tweet all the stations where it doesn't work. Before the change most of the virgin media ones worked

@ThreeUK is by far the worst provider out there these days. 8 years I've been with them now, I chose 3 as my best mate could get signal anywhere. I struggle all the time to get any, especially when others get signal in the same area on EE. Even 5G is useless! So bad.

Hey @ThreeUK, your network appears to be down again in the WV16 area. Your status checker says it’s fine (although it always does until I point it out). Any idea on duration of downtime?

@ThreeUK I’m really disappointed with an answer you have given my son. He’s an overseas student and he’s paying an absolute fortune for his data. Why can Lebara mobile have EU charges the same as the UK? You also want to charge him £100’s of pounds to move to Lebara.Please help
