Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

I dont do coincidence @virginmedia goes down then a couple hours late BT are knocking on my door offering me their new internet in my area coincidence I THINK NOT! @ThreeUK need to boost their signals i have 2 sick kids going mad cos they have no internet & mobile signal is low!

@ThreeUK I set up my new sim card on Sunday, and used a PAC code that day to transfer my old number to my new sim. I have no problems making calls and sending texts, but can't receive any, people are being told the number isn't recognised. Help!

@ThreeUK You sent me a letter offering me an upgraded contract that I can have by simply visiting a web page (12gb-to-30gb24 offer). I can access the page, type my email address but when I click the "Send my documents" button, nothing happens. Online chat doesn't work!
