    @ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

    @ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

    @ThreeUKSupport got no home wifi/ no internet on 4g ipad and 3g only on my iphone. ffs every week now. sort out the network. £100+ quid a month i'm paying for a service that drops all the time

    @ThreeUKSupport signal in chelmsford absolutely shocking. been without use of my phone for 2 hours. trying to work. ffs no internet nothing. what's the point in having a phone when only use on this network is wifi

    @ThreeUKSupport CM23 and its a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and a few other devices. Even when I've got close to full 4G the speed are pretty bad and don't get me started on the connection between here and Cambridge when I'm on the train. Happy to send more info if needed.

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here

    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    So attempting to cancel a @ThreeUK contract - four times the customer service team have hung up on me this morning and used delaying tactics to stop me cancelling my contract. What a terrible way to treat a customer - they just don’t care.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

    @ThreeUKSupport Don't know of anyone else having issues but this a black spot of service for sure. I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭

    @ThreeUK this is ridiculous I can't get online I have tried your 'live chat' and tried calling with no help my 14 days Cooling off period is now over too and I cant cancel my phone without a charge this is a shambles I need to speak to someone!

    So I buy @ThreeUK sim only deal and I cannot use the network at all no Internet no calls or text @ThreeUKSupport so I speak to you why lie saying 99% of UK network coverage is available when I can't get on and I have to use @EE mobile WiFi to post here wow 🤔🤔

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having purchased TWO sims unable to activate either. One having prepaid data allowance is not showing as credited to my account. Such poor experience is really disappointing as I am a returning customer having enjoyed much better service with a GSM iPad.

    @ThreeUKSupport I just gave my 30 days notice this morning to cancel my sim but an hour ago I got a “thank you” email for upgrading? I’ve had the absolute worst experience with three. I genuinely hate every moment speaking to your representatives as they offer no help at all

    Why do @ThreeUK hire their customer service team from India who are not able to help AT ALL !!!! They also sound like they’re talking to you from the moon & answer the phone with ‘ hello ‘ - we needed to clarify that it is #three we were talking with… listen to your recordings

    @ThreeUKSupport what is the point of your app? Login to the app to pay a bill, which then sends you to the website, to log in once again? Seems absolutely backwards for a ‘mobile’ operator..
