So attempting to cancel a @ThreeUK contract - four times the customer service team have hung up on me this morning and used delaying tactics to stop me cancelling my contract. What a terrible way to treat a customer - they just don’t care.

  • chardean_x
Charlotte (@chardean_x) reported from Broxbourne District, England

not had signal in my house on my phone since March @ThreeUK please sort your customer service out

  • danvitale
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

  • danvitale
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

  • cclarky85
Craig Clark 😛 (@cclarky85) reported from Harlow, England

@ThreeUKSupport I'll be honest the service on 3 has gone down gradually and seems to get worse every year. Whatever the postcode or device. Thanks for the reply. Pixel 3a CM19 5QB

  • nutterguy
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@CaseyDoran @TalkTalk @thinkbroadband Still down due to broken fiber apparently. My phone data is crap in the flat here as well (thanks @ThreeUKSupport) so I can't even watch Netflix or YouTube and I've had to for a run. 😭

  • danvitale
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Harlow, England

@ThreeUKSupport I really hope you at @ThreeUK can look into a whole raft of changes when it comes to outages and service status pages. The status for my postcode has remained in a degraded state for months. If you are to become a player in the home broadband sphere, you need to do a lot better!

  • fitchlea
Mr Green (@fitchlea) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England

@sbrownstortford @ThreeUK Was with 3 for 15 years just changed to ID mobile half the price for the same service

  • KevinWilko
Kevin Wilkins (@KevinWilko) reported from Ford End, England

@ThreeUK My Mother has severe Dementia and has not used her phone for at least 18 months we stopped payments and told you to cancel the phone we have sent proof of her Dementia in a Doctors letter, you won’t accept this as she didn’t send it what part of Dementia do you 1/2

  • danvitale
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@ThreeUK No point pimping new phones if your network is not up to it.

  • nutterguy
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@ThreeUKSupport CM23 and its a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and a few other devices. Even when I've got close to full 4G the speed are pretty bad and don't get me started on the connection between here and Cambridge when I'm on the train. Happy to send more info if needed.

  • zbmb90
Brian Bowden (@zbmb90) reported from Stanstead Abbotts, England

@ThreeUKSupport What’s going on? I have submitted a formal complaint. I no longer have home broadband and now I receive this! From Three: Your Mobile Broadband account is overdue which means your services will be suspended if there's no payment made.

@ThreeUKSupport I hope so because this is poor.

  • danvitale
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport I am aware of that. However, a major airport near me recently had Three 5g coverage enabled, roughly at the same time my issues started. What does that tell you?

  • MaxdMerc
    💥 Mᴀx’ᴅMᴇʀᴄ ❖ Gαvlαr💥 (@MaxdMerc) reported from Broxbourne District, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I can relate to this tweet. They did work in my work area and since then it has been next to nothing. Although always 2 bars of 4G, the strength is poor at -117dbm.

  • psmorrison
Paul Morrison (@psmorrison) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England

@RinaLeia2012 @ThreeUK It’s really poor treatment of loyal customers, particularly as they only said in January they had no plans to do this 😢

  • JohnGregory0532
John Gregory🇬🇧 (@JohnGregory0532) reported from Broxbourne District, England

Seems I'll be upgrading to another Huawei mobile from @ThreeUK as Samsung has let me down once again on it's performance

  • nutterguy
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Don't know of anyone else having issues but this a black spot of service for sure. I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭

  • ChrisLongman2
Chris Longman (@ChrisLongman2) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK awful customer service. No desire to help. 2 months waiting, sent ID many times but all they want to do is send you into a chat facility who can’t do anything. Escalated to a complaint and they just cut you off.

  • Dronny66
Mark Steward (@Dronny66) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

@ThreeUK no network in my area for months. How do you plan to compensate the fact it's taking so long to fix the issue?!

  • woodland246
    woodland246 (@woodland246) reported

@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞

  • mulinga_kevin
    Kevin Mulinga (@mulinga_kevin) reported

@ThreeUK I can't enjoy your services. No service at all. My WiFi not working after buffering for over 30 minutes. Sad state of affairs.

  • RealGetAGripLad
    Whatever (@RealGetAGripLad) reported

@ThreeUK Any chance I could get a customer service agent who is english because i am having a nightmare getting my account sorted because all the agents are forign and their english is awfull? @threeuk

  • 49_timelessness
    Baz (@49_timelessness) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!

  • unluckyclay1981
    Dangerman (@unluckyclay1981) reported

@ThreeUK Basically zero speed 3 days will we be refunded for lack of service?

  • gingerbeardman

@ThreeUKSupport any updates on the ongoing service degradation in Liverpool L5 Mere Lane area? thanks

  • loulitagill
    loulitagill (@loulitagill) reported

Do not bother at all taking our a contract with @ThreeUK I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve called after a week of waiting to cancel my contract and still being told there’s an order “stuck” because I returned faulty kit. Come on Three, you’ve got to do better.

  • GregQuinnAodhan
    Greg Quinn (@GregQuinnAodhan) reported

One day @ThreeUK will provide a decent service in Aberdeenshire. Instead they focus on getting their call centres to call me and try to sell stuff when I keep telling them not to call me. #rubbishmobile

  • jimmysunny85
    jimmy (@jimmysunny85) reported

@ThreeUK sold me a dodgey phone that now the battery swells and has basically become a bomb! I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear
