Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bishops Stortford and nearby locations:

  • danvitale Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport I am aware of that. However, a major airport near me recently had Three 5g coverage enabled, roughly at the same time my issues started. What does that tell you?

  • danvitale Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

  • MaxdMerc 💥 Mᴀx’ᴅMᴇʀᴄ ❖ Gαvlαr💥 (@MaxdMerc) reported from Broxbourne District, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I can relate to this tweet. They did work in my work area and since then it has been next to nothing. Although always 2 bars of 4G, the strength is poor at -117dbm.

  • ABeardedWebb Webby (@ABeardedWebb) reported from Harlow, England

Trying to get through to @ThreeUKSupport customer services on my phone is near impossible. Hung up after 15 minutes, 5 of those minutes the line was completely silent @ThreeUK

  • chardean_x Charlotte (@chardean_x) reported from Broxbourne District, England

not had signal in my house on my phone since March @ThreeUK please sort your customer service out

  • Shannon1music Shannon Noquet - page (@Shannon1music) reported from Ware, England

@ThreeUK what is going on with ur data lately mine is being really slow and normally it’s very fast

  • Scoutsscarter Simon Carter (@Scoutsscarter) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

So attempting to cancel a @ThreeUK contract - four times the customer service team have hung up on me this morning and used delaying tactics to stop me cancelling my contract. What a terrible way to treat a customer - they just don’t care.

  • danvitale Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

  • danvitale Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@ThreeUK No point pimping new phones if your network is not up to it.

  • JohnGregory0532 John Gregory🇬🇧 (@JohnGregory0532) reported from Broxbourne District, England

Seems I'll be upgrading to another Huawei mobile from @ThreeUK as Samsung has let me down once again on it's performance

  • NikkiSturman Nikki Sturman (@NikkiSturman) reported from Harlow, England

@ThreeUK @dani_imvu My chat earlier in was never answered! Very poor service and they think it's a good time to put bills up!

  • FABJR7 Mr. A (@FABJR7) reported from Harlow, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH YOUR NETWORK!!!! HOW CAN YOU OFFER CUSTOMERS “UNLIMITED” DATA WHEN YOU CANNOT BLOODY USE IT! PATHETIC! I WANT TO LEAVE!!!!

  • KevinWilko Kevin Wilkins (@KevinWilko) reported from Ford End, England

@ThreeUK My Mother has severe Dementia and has not used her phone for at least 18 months we stopped payments and told you to cancel the phone we have sent proof of her Dementia in a Doctors letter, you won’t accept this as she didn’t send it what part of Dementia do you 1/2

  • danvitale Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Bishops Stortford, England

@ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here

  • MaxdMerc 💥 Mᴀx’ᴅMᴇʀᴄ ❖ Gαvlαr💥 (@MaxdMerc) reported from Broxbourne District, England

@ThreeUKSupport I hope so because this is poor.

  • Dronny66 Mark Steward (@Dronny66) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

  • cclarky85 Craig Clark 😛 (@cclarky85) reported from Harlow, England

@ThreeUKSupport I'll be honest the service on 3 has gone down gradually and seems to get worse every year. Whatever the postcode or device. Thanks for the reply. Pixel 3a CM19 5QB

  • danvitale Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Harlow, England

@ThreeUKSupport I really hope you at @ThreeUK can look into a whole raft of changes when it comes to outages and service status pages. The status for my postcode has remained in a degraded state for months. If you are to become a player in the home broadband sphere, you need to do a lot better!

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Sideshow_Matt SideshowMatt 🇪🇺🔶️💙🇺🇦 #GTTO (@Sideshow_Matt) reported

@LeavingPlanet @ThreeUK TV uses "mobile" systems, why don't phone companies have boosters for extra capacity? Truth is there are so many spots just day-to-day that I regularly find just not working. Top end of the high number platforms at London Waterloo springs to mind. What's the excuse for that?

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK Likewise, certain providers can give a false impression of quality of signal (for example in stations) through localised intervention. Those nodes still fill up quick. For example, your WiFi can handle between 4-7 devices.

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK LTE repeaters are available on the market. At the end of the day, it probably isn't a significant concern for the festival provider, and the service providers are left looking crap because the local Mast can only handle n devices. Those with weaker signals are sacrificed.

  • philchamp_ phil (@philchamp_) reported

@LeavingPlanet @Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK Yes I know. Piggy backs on O2. I've had no issues at all in the time I've been with them & £6 a months meets my needs

  • TapiwaM25801854 Tapiwa Moyo (@TapiwaM25801854) reported

@ThreeUK probably the worst customer service I have experienced to date. It has taken me 4 months to resolve an issue with no solution what so ever. Roll on 2023 when I cab find a new provider.4 more months

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK So poor range, worsening penetration, more infrastructure, less node points, higher traffic, oh and did i mention interference from every wi-fi in the country, a completely deregulated sector of licencing. Welcome to modern mobile telecoms. Good luck.

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK Basically, perfect signal doesn't exist. You're fighting against everyone else for nodes. Higher data means crap range & penetration. The whole market is moving on up. We have an unregulated wi-fi piecemeal interference environment. Usage is exponential. Expectations are unreal.

  • FormerCarers SUPPORT FORMER UNPAID CARERS IN PLIGHT! (@FormerCarers) reported
