@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

@ThreeUK hi, I'm currently a Three customer and due an upgrade. I've seen a deal on USwitch which isn't available direct with you so I'll be going with that. How can I go about transferring my phone number from my current 3 account to the new 3 account? Still need PAC?

@ThreeUKSupport There’s no point. I’ve given up. All I get is lip service from advisors and rubbish service from your network. I stay with Three because of roaming, but seriously getting fed up to the back teeth of your over congested network and no action.

@ThreeUKSupport If you put in so41 in your network support it only say they are working on a mast nearby I’m not prepared to give out my full postcode in social media my husband also has the very same issue in fact we are currently looking into changing our network provider as we are so fed up !

@ThreeUKSupport Wondering what types of speed I should expect from the 4G home broadband. I have my Three ZTE router in a windowsill. signal reads 5 bars (full) but it tends to max out at 50Mbps. I was expecting faster. Is it just my area? Thought central Cardiff would be faster.
