@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

@ThreeUK I really regret joining your network! Your coverage is appalling! Even when I’ve got 4G connected the amount of dropouts is shockingly bad! I really wish I wasn’t signed up to you for 24 months - that age old saying of you get what you pay for is so true!
