@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUK I only tweeted you about this issue 2 weeks ago and yet the same problem is happening once again. I’ve no internet coverage in the CO13 9QB area or the CO14 8NR area. This is beyond a joke now! At this rate I’ll be looking elsewhere for my mobile phone service

@ThreeUK 10/06 5G Hub stopping working. 2x new sims, 1x new hub, 20+ calls and 1 very stressed out mother, and its still not working. Call to cancel and now can't get through due to technical issues - at what point will you stop charging her for a service that doesn't work???

@ThreeUKSupport No, apparently a letter was sent on the 10th July, never turned up, I was told another letter will be sent, but hold no hope that it will be received as per the other 5 letters that have been sent, its just not good enough and this has been going on since May.

@ThreeUKSupport @_simonbryson “There’s no widespread issues” LOLZ I don’t blame individual engineering teams but there’s an obvious failure in upper management to plan for network upgrades and outages with sufficient risk assessments. Plus they have the audacity to not bother informing customers.

@ThreeUK I bought a phone on Saturday and wanted to keep my old number.. gave my pac code etc got told within 2 days it would be ready so pop new sim in.. 6 days later still game up as the wrong number and old sim still has the old network???

@ThreeUK , I am really disappointed with the three network. Bought 4 sims for my family and they have had so many issues using data. Must be signal around Cheshunt. Rang support a few times but just a waste of time, they just get you to reboot the phone.
