@ThreeUKSupport No sure what is the point of using the 3 sim and paying the money I am currently using Skype credit and bought a new EE sim, how can a problem not being solved even after 11 days ? Is no one capable of solving this issue ?

@ProTraderWes @ThreeUKSupport Apparently not, since they switched to 5G my 4G is just shocking ongoing for nearly 18 months I'm literally down the street from the mast. Never had a problem in previous 5 years. Off course they're denying it's their issue. If I stick an EE/O2 SIM in my phone, no problems at all

@ThreeUKSupport The post code is E18 2JY and it’s a Huawei AI Cube - model B900-230. I was told i would get excellent coverage when i bought it, and i only ever get at best half decent signal when checking the app.

@ThreeUKSupport Another issue I had was one of the sims I have was disconnected from your end and someone apologised for the error. I got charged £6.48 for it today. And it wasn’t even an error from my side.
