    @ThreeUKSupport I have had no internet for the last few weeks when not connected to WiFi. My bill are always payed I never go over my my limit I am fed up now of paying for a service yet cannot even use the internet or receive any messages from apps.

    @ThreeUK I have been trying to contact 3 without success to report a slow down on mobile data for over a month now. I have been paying for a service which I cannot avail of. Even your online chat is not very helpful.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I go onto live chat AGAIN to query it and finally resolve it. But this is just awful customer service. I had big problems with you guys a few years ago too. I’m half expecting to be charged both £13 and £10 this month due to errors now
