Have you ever seen a company send your full bank details in plain text within the content of an email ? This is what @ThreeUK just did to me and it’s very troubling. I’m awaiting their customer service team to contact me tomorrow to rectify this huge oversight in their security

@ThreeUKSupport Cheers but the problem is a bought the hub second hand as you guys wouldn’t send me the 5g hub as I’m in a 4g area (even though it’s a better hub even for 4g) so I’m buggered. Back on to vinted to find a new hub 😭. Appreciate your help though. Been a customer nearly 20years
