    @ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this won’t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

    So I get screwed over for their error in January with 2 higher bills, 2 months in a row, for their error. To find out that another £25 has appeared on my bill for 2 weeks time is infuriating, I was expecting that to come out yday & slightly more in 2 weeks time. @ThreeUK FIX IT!!
