@AnneHBuckland @ThreeUK Totally agree. The customer service is the reason I’m leaving @ThreeUK. Had business and personal phones with them for years but am cancelling them all due to how bad the customer service has been #threemobile #three #threeuk

  • joelbuckland Joel Buckland (@joelbuckland) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England

Just spent 40 minutes in a queue to @ThreeUK, when I finally spoke to someone they passed me through to another department that was closed and automatically hang up on me. #avoid #threemobile #three

  • Mamphie23 Sammie King (@Mamphie23) reported from Haslingfield, England

@O2 2 hours to upgrade my contract what a palaver, my husband told me to cancel my contact and go with @ThreeUK #unimpressed #wasteofmytime #twophonecalls #theirerrornotmine

  • ethannevelyn Su {Ethan&Evelyn} (@ethannevelyn) reported from Hitchin, England

@ThreeUKSupport [2/3] My phone was faulty. It is very slow and takes ages to load anything. It keeps freezing up all the time. For that reasons, I'd like to hate it. Why is nobody listening here?!

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • steamheaduk Steamhead (Dean Harrison) (@steamheaduk) reported

@ThreeUK Switch to Three. After your contract is up they sting you with a 27% increase if you don't sign for another fixed term. I didn't sign because signal at home is so bad, reported it times and still most calls at home go straight to voicemail. Now looking for a good roaming deal.

  • Skinnycownz Skinnycownz (@Skinnycownz) reported

@mamaanne @braithwaite2014 @ThreeUK I had the same thought get a PAYG sim, but hold on they cant go shopping, cant speak the lingo and have been moved away from people who were able to help #bringdavidandsallyhome #Covid_19 @stephenabel20

@PedroClarke1 @PacdWeu @ThreeUK Is it possible to use 4g infrastructure to build 5g network 🤔🤔

  • smith199454 Jaime Smith (@smith199454) reported

@ThreeUK Been with three for a few years now and I must say they have the worst customer service!

  • Nickjames820 Red Beard (@Nickjames820) reported

@PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK When I get above 0.2 of bandwidth on 2 different contracts in different places in London I might believe you! I still can’t get enough data to actually run a speed test! Pleased it’s working for you but doesn’t help the rest of us that after months still get sweet f.a!

  • TheWiganParky Neil Parkinson (@TheWiganParky) reported

    @bcartwright86 @ThreeUK It's so slow though...

  • TheWiganParky Neil Parkinson (@TheWiganParky) reported

@bcartwright86 @ThreeUKSupport I have 4g, it's just that it says H+ 99% of the time. When it's on H+, it's really slow. 4g isn't all that great either. I'm a firm believer that companies give the same slow shitty connection a different name so they can charge people more money. Thanks for the help Ben

  • HSBC74 Net 🏉 (@HSBC74) reported

They are never admitting they are at fault are you @ThreeUK HOLD THE FRONT PAGE 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮

  • CashmereCountry Scottish Knitwear (@CashmereCountry) reported

@ThreeUKSupport notice of maintenance last week but since 13th the internet has been very very slow 0.3 mbps or less, not normal on our 4g eh43 and eh44 area

  • Draegarth Draegarth 💙 👣 (@Draegarth) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That's what you claimed about 4G, but years later, your coverage is still horrifically patchy and your capacity is nearly non-existent. Your phone should not stop working in a shopping centre. That's just an excuse for a terrible network.
