@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Been unable to receive calls/texts since last Monday. Had call back on Thursday but wasn’t fixed & heard nothing since. Made complaint Tuesday but not heard anything. Phoned you & done live chat numerous times. My patience is wearing a bit thin now.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. It would be reassuring to know you've created a ticket internally to look into the issue with the phone system for freezing accounts. Having completed this I'd obviously hoped it had protected my account, so worrying to find out it had not.
