    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    @ThreeUKSupport loads of people are tweeting at the same time that your network is down in various locations and you need to queue to visit the service status page. Can you confirm if there's a nationwide outage? Its looking silly that you're denying it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not last night as it was past 10, we have been in touch with three through Twitter several times in the last couple of months. I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Does nothing. The problem is at peak times too many people are using the internet in my local area and it slows it down - can you not increase the bandwith on EH6 local masts at peak times to compensate?
