    @ThreeUK how do I leave your network and switch to a different provider. I was in Victoria station and missed my train because I couldn’t access the internet to view my ticket online and I have to pay £50 to use an Uber

    @SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

    Hi all @ThreeUK customers who live in central London (Victoria/Pimlico) - can I ask if your signal crashed in the past seven weeks? A mast was taken away suddenly with no warning to customers. I’m also looking to other providers to DM me their offer as an alternative supplier.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not last night as it was past 10, we have been in touch with three through Twitter several times in the last couple of months. I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Contract began on early 2017 & there wasn’t a delay on bill payments even for once. Then when it came to closing account due to leaving the UK for good, send few more bills for unused service. End up forced to pay for not being available at my UK address to receive mail in bills!

    @ThreeUKSupport My girlfriend was on the phone to about 7 people passed around trying to sort out an issue which they had caused for about 2 and a half hours. Ended up crying in frustration. Absolutely shocking

Your customer service is terrible an hour to get a barely English speaking advisor both on phone and live chat your service to me was not as described in contract

Even after I sent them driving licence I blanked out the pic/start/expiry dates and irrelevant data but they insist on being ******** and need to know it all as if I’m applying for a job THEY ARE STEALING MY MONEY !
