    Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as I’m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! That’s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @itvMLshow Martin, you need to take a close look at @ThreeUK - I have been scammed by their Asian sales team, and despite hours on chat - and all kinds of promises - the network refuses to refund the stolen money. Proper old school fraud. Happy to discuss

    @ThreeUKSupport have spoken to 2 different service advisors...in USA can make calls and use data nut when someone calls me they get message that my number isn't recognised....can forward calls to voicemail....any ideas how and when this will be fixed?
