    @ThreeUKSupport I did that. Except it takes 48 hours so I still can’t go and get this sorted. Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

    @ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

    @dsquareddigest @ThreeUKSupport I find this frequently with Three. Often, switching flight mode on/off cures it. Other times, it’s just the network being thoroughly broken.

    @ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

    @ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Also, I was promised 5G was in my area but now it’s clear it was anything to make a sale. I’m a business customer with you for mobile, I can’t believe how badly this is being handled.

    @ThreeUK I’ve just called your helpline, I’m trying to cancel my previous phone contract. Your help line sends me in circles, it says press 0 for other inquires then sends me back to the same point as I was at before! I’m cancelling my old contract and opening a new one with 3

    @ThreeUKSupport I told them the last time that I will only reach out one last time and that is what I am doing because calling hasn't worked. The next time it will be ombudsman looking into the issue. Somethings don't have to be so difficult but you guys make it so.

    @ThreeUKSupport The product as it is. The confirmed and asked me to return the phone and I will get my refund. Phone was returned by royal mail since 6th of April and I have since left the network yet thw refund hasn't been paid. I was told 3 working days after the phone is received.
