3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when I’m driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years I’m not very happy
-
LovinTruth (@LuvSeekinTruth) reported@ThreeUKSupport What kind of provider has online chat and the chat agent ends the conversation because they can't deal with the problem and then makes sure the transcript is blank? Three guesses?
-
Steve Blair (@UniversalExile) reported.@ThreeUK .@ThreeUKSupport Having been a customer for a number of year had an awful experience yesterday with your upgrade team. Including being lied to! Very disappointing and no new handset arriving. Seriously considering another provider.
-
C Lloyd (@clloyd3003) reported@ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning. @ThreeUK
-

-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
