@ThreeUKSupport It was nothing major, was going to enquire about a 2nd backup payg sim. I understand you do a free one with 200MB preloaded data. Also I'm an ex Three customer but signal at home was very poor. Curious to see if it's improved.

Great service at @OliverSweeney on Conduit Street today. Exchanged the shoes I bought that had been rubbing without question. Went out of their way to find me a pair at another store and bring them over for me me to pick up. Such a contrast to @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Well for the past few months there service has been even worse, more dropped calls than usual, poor or no internet, and calls going straight to v.mail and signals keeps randomly dropping. It's definitely not the phone, they even confirmed it. Refund is a must!!
