    @ThreeUKSupport Hi so I got through but they couldn't tell me what the problem was or how to fix it but there is some sort of problem in my area. I've been refunded 1 months service but without a resolution I will most likely have to switch to someone else.

    @ThreeUK since my complaint last week to you I am still experiencing signal issue for voice calls/internet. It’s as if like Im living in 90’s that’s the connection am getting, it’s not even 2G, very very poor signal. Need sorting it out ASAP!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jonathan, yes, I get similar issues everywhere - Hampstead is a particular deadspot, but it's intermittent all over the country. The issue has been ongoing for perhaps the last 2 years or so? On both the iPhone X and now the 12 Pro.

    @ThreeUKSupport Will of course still be making a complaint. And tbh, what really took the biscuit was - at the end of the last chat - being told that since I'm such a loyal and important customer, they wanted to try and sell special offers to me on the chat! Umm... absolutely no way.
