    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 2/2 I understand that people steal - but seriously - set up an area in your store where customers can hold the phone they’re about to purchase. IT’S A PHONE. You hold it to use it!!!! Not a happy customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hiya, having issues accessing my voicemail from my Three phone. If I call 123 or 07782333123, I get a ‘Number not recognised’ message. Was working fine yesterday, and other outgoing calls are fine. Is there an issue with the service?

    So having just bought a @ThreeUKSupport PAYG SIM for my son as he's lost his phone, I can't register it online as it's down for technical maintenance but call the 0800 number. That's closed too. How do I get him sorted for school tomorrow? #Threeuk

    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    @AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK I spoke to @ThreeUKSupport on webchat this morning - same terrible experience of when I talked to them on the phone. They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi, I've tried making a phonecall to Australia however when calling it said I had to make a payment so I did (twice) and still having the same issue so you've basically just taken £20 from me for no reason - can you refund me please?

    @ThreeUKSupport Well you obviously do as the phone picks it up - so you’re telling me to turn off 5G so I get a poorer service??? Was told network upgrades etc. Get your stories straight

    @ThreeUKSupport never experienced anything this bad... shameful, been in a store for 2 hours and 3 minutes to get a new phone.. the guys working in the shop are calling 3 customer services like the public and can’t get through..it’s mental and disgusting

    @ThreeUKSupport Not last night as it was past 10, we have been in touch with three through Twitter several times in the last couple of months. I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.

    @ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

    Do not bother at all taking our a contract with @ThreeUK I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve called after a week of waiting to cancel my contract and still being told there’s an order “stuck” because I returned faulty kit. Come on Three, you’ve got to do better.

    @ThreeUKSupport i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and have 5 trasactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

    I cannot believe how poor mobile reception is on @ThreeUK these days. 4G=1bar if not in a built-up area and when 5G 'is' found it crashes my iPhone 16pro or garbles every word. Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!
