    @ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    @ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport This is not about outage, it is about a broken webpage not allowing us to turn on the feature you advertised! I’ve been to support chat many times and provided all the info. No one cares or acknowledges the issue!

    @ThreeUKSupport But bad advice is not acceptable. this could have been avoided if we had the right advice in the first place. As a minimum you should commit to providing my daughter with free top up on the pay as to sim which she now has to use until we can get the right sim to her

    Despite my proof in writing that this was agreed and supposedly processed, they not only did not process, but want to charge me 47£ more AND when I said then I'd leave, stated they'd charge me £53 if I left today... @ThreeUK may be the worst when it comes to fixing their mistakes

    @ThreeUK Please fire every single person responsible for building and passing your un-user friendly app. The worst app ever created. It's pathetic. By the way,learn from O2. When a person buys a data add on. It's should apply instantly not hours later risking credit deduction

    @ThreeUK you have to enable data roaming to buy data passport which means you’ve already racked up stupid costs as your phone automatically syncs up as you step off the plane. Should be able to buy it via Three app which lets you buy other addons #fail 1/2
