@ThreeUK problems in central London with service ?? What’s happening??

  • MasterSystom Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.

  • Jimmyavenger Jimmyavenger 🇪🇺 (@Jimmyavenger) reported from Tottenham, England

Absolutely sick to death with @ThreeUK home broadband, amazing when we took it then as soon as 3 months passed it's been so poor and inconsistent we've had to take out extra data on our ee mobile packages in order to work and watch tv. Complaint incoming, we've had ENOUGH. 🤬🤬🤬

  • Jonny_Milmer Jonny_Milmer (@Jonny_Milmer) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUK why is your network in London so terrible these days? Full signal, 4G - no internet. I have forgotten the last time I was able to make a successful cellular call whilst in central London. How the mighty have fallen!

  • granty3333 Grant Nichols (@granty3333) reported from City of London, England

How on earth now is there no service at London Blackfriars !! What on earth is going with your awful network??? Spend some bloody money and fix it @ThreeUK #Three

  • MasterSystom Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Also I'm talking about 5G Broadband so would imagine 3G congestion shouldn't be an issue 👀

  • DarrenHandley8 Darren Handley (@DarrenHandley8) reported from Hammersmith, England

@alexxweller @ThreeUK I have used O2 for years decent service and prices

  • kmamoyeed Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, England

I have been having a terrible service from @ThreeUK. There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. I have raised it with @ThreeUK.

  • SheldonLT Sheldon Tarpey (@SheldonLT) reported from City of London, England

@UKGeocacher @ThreeUK @O2 Having the exact same issue when I’m around Liverpool Street for work. The biggest city yet the signal on Three is sooo bad.

  • kmamoyeed Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, England

Since I reported the problem, I was advised by @ThreeUK that a complaint has been raised which is another way of kicking it into the long grass. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.

  • kmamoyeed Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport, the problem isn't everywhere. It is a problem is specific places.

  • kmamoyeed Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England

@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK I spoke to @ThreeUKSupport on webchat this morning - same terrible experience of when I talked to them on the phone. They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.

  • Jimmyavenger Jimmyavenger 🇪🇺 (@Jimmyavenger) reported from London Colney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Not last night as it was past 10, we have been in touch with three through Twitter several times in the last couple of months. I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.

  • kmamoyeed Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, England

My experience of @ThreeUKSupport has been terrible. A call centre in India picks up my calls. The customer service operatives do not know the areas in London where I have no network coverage. They ask for post codes which is nonsense really. Overall terrible experience.

  • jamie_2127 Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUK @OfficialRandL If I wanted tickets I’m sure I wouldn’t go via you bunch of clowns to get them. Without doubt the shittest network going.

  • gingio Shane Andrews MBE (@gingio) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport @brattandeaf CF10 is the postcode area and there’s issues at the mo. I had a text telling me that earlier this week.

  • granty3333 Grant Nichols (@granty3333) reported from London Colney, England

@ThreeUK pls explain your total lack of coverage at London Victoria station ?? It’s utterly unacceptable.. Not fit for service

  • gingio Shane Andrews MBE (@gingio) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not giving that publicly - just trying to help you and @brattandeaf out.

  • granty3333 Grant Nichols (@granty3333) reported from London Colney, England

@ThreeUK how on earth do you have e no mobile signal at London’s Victoria station ??? Your service levels are actually just embarrassing these days ! I’ve been a customer for over 15 years I will NOT be renewing

  • kmamoyeed Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England

@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK This is what happens when companies like @ThreeUK put cost saving before customer service. They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@realjay247 @ThreeUK Most of my family are on three and got nothing and all my friends on three never got it, luckily it was a test lol

  • michaelfromuk Mike Flint from the UK (@michaelfromuk) reported

@katebevan @ThreeUK I'm on ID Mobile (which is 3 network) and got it.

  • cityblue2001 cityblue2001 (@cityblue2001) reported

@MarkStanford05 @ThreeUK Probably easier to switch to a different network that isn't incompetent on such a massive scale. They had one job.

  • AlxGrn Alex (@AlxGrn) reported

@ThreeUK Another @ThreeUK customer here that did not receive the alert...

  • Corruptforce MeshuggahDaddy (@Corruptforce) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Classic Three. No signal anywhere, no data connection in any town centre. No warnings of impending doom.

  • LouiseBrandx Louise Brand (@LouiseBrandx) reported

@ThreeUK Maybe if we had a decent signal we would get it, since changing to 5g the signal has been nonexistent

  • JitEspresso Jitesh Parbhu ⚡ (@JitEspresso) reported

@ThreeUK Hi, Please can you let the government know to Enable Emergency Text Alert to Every mobile carriers in UK cause some people have there Emergency Alerts Off on there phone. So if there's a Tsunami atleast both Emergency Alert Nottification and Text can be sent out to customers.

  • katybops Kate (@katybops) reported

@henry_sister @pmphillips @ThreeUKSupport I dropped three a while ago when I got a new phone. I was with them for ages but the signal is so spotty here that I decided to change.

  • JamesRail269 James R (@JamesRail269) reported

@SiennaGray_13 @RachaelGoucher @ThreeUK If one rang, then no, the tower relayed the signal. Are all the devices the same make and on the same tarriff/carrier network? It could be any number of different issues really, without seeing it all in front of me. I'd contact your mobile provider, see what they say...

  • JaxxAI @JaxxAI@floss.social (@JaxxAI) reported

@ThreeUK So what you're saying is, if it was a real alert then all Three customers will be dead before the emergency alert comes through? That might affect your bottom line.
