-
Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport @Beth_Sells At least your actually admitting it’s a problem which is a departure from the denial/surprised responses you’ve been giving us all until this point. Perhaps a further explanation of what’s going on would go some way to appeasing your most loyal customers @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport
-
Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England@keplerniko @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I live in E1 and work in central London and the city and the 4g signal has been on a steady decline for al least 6 months. Probably due to 5g upgrade works and gently encouraging people to take up 5g when it comes (despite hardly anyone even having 5g devices yet!
-
Justin Fyles (@justifyles) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport E8 goes in and out, and whenever I am near tall buildings, the signal also goes in and out :(
-
Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport The thing is. I can handle a short period of poor service if you guys were honest and upfront about the whole situation from the start rather than trying to convince everyone it’s their device that’s at fault and denying there is a citywide problem.
-
Josh (@josh_the_tech) reported from Camden Town, England@ThreeUKSupport No issues here. Just tech chat
-
Becky Foster (@Becksibee) reported from Camden Town, EnglandDefinitely looking to come of @ThreeUK I’m fed up of bad internet. I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.
-
Andee Byford (@BobCratchitt) reported from City of London, England@acameron78 @ThreeUKSupport I had the same issue in Mexico two weeks back. I am interested in why.
-

-
Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport I can’t even begin to know how many times you have asked me this. Please stop with the innocent act. You guys know the network is broken in central London.
-
mayur shah (@13pms) reported from Brentford, England@kellymariekirk @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Happened to me 2 days ago When I spoke to 3 they said it was not them my address got changed as well took 2 hours to get through to them to stop the account now waiting for a new sim after 15 years am so upset with the service and time it took
-
Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport @sarahwitzke Total and utter rubbish. When will you stop lying to people and fess up that 4g is broken in London. Stop making people think it’s their fault. Will you never learn!!! 😡
-
Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK It would be nice if you could fix your shambles of a 4g connection before crowing about having the best 5g.
-
glosuk68 (@glosuk68) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport This number on your network is being used by accident claims spammers: 07462 074761.
-
Simon Devlin (@devils50) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes. And then said it would sort itself out in a couple of hours. It hasn’t. Poor service
-

-
Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England@Ofcom @ThreeUK have basically abandoned their customers in large cities and their 4g network is basically gone. They keep telling us it’s our phones. Or it’s just busy. But it’s been poor to non existent for four months solid - it was perfect before four months ago.
-
Hayley Dulson-Hughes (@bumpiegin) reported from London, England@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Had to hang up after waiting for 15 mins
-
Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England@SatanicTaxi @Three_Is_Broken @keplerniko @ThreeUK I guess we probably need to submit a mass complaint to @Ofcom not that they really have any power anyway.
-
Matty (@Scott9M) reported from Camden Town, England@ThreeUKSupport I keep getting calls from Belarus, never been there in my life
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
David Rowlands (@rowlandrat) reported@ThreeUKSupport Yet again another holiday let down!! No signal!! Ridiculous that's 2 contracts lost!! Here's an idea instead of bringing out 5g try putting masts in places that don't have coverage!!!
-
g.s.t.r 2021 (@Gstr2021) reported@ThreeUKSupport I'm cancelling my contract as this useless network is a joke
-
S (@sofiavanillah) reported@ThreeUK I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and you still charge me with secret adds one. After my contract ends it's bye bye from me.
-
Mike Bradley (@Mike18963288) reported@ThreeUKSupport in Camden, 4g has been terrible for last 24 hours, is there any network issues?
-
Mimi Black (@ItsMimiBlack) reported@ThreeUKSupport Already contacted you and it was useless because they ‘couldn’t help on live chat’ so I’ll head to the store now, with my ID to prove fraud, to very loudly talk about what you’ve done in front of the other customers 👍
-
Mimi Black (@ItsMimiBlack) reported@ThreeUKSupport Well I just went to the shop and was told you couldn’t help. I was told to go as a ‘security measure’ to show my ID. Got sent away. I’m sick to my teeth of this you’ve left me no options to cancel this whatsoever I need this sorted immediately.
-
Matt Thomas Legal+ Finance Tokyo Trader🇯🇵 (@offshorelegal99) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hi Three your network issues have become a ongoing joke I've now moved to a new provider after being loyal for 5 years I would like to log a complaint and seek compensation for the disruption to my service over the past 18 months please advise.
-
Borris the Panda (@borristhepanda) reported@monty_montrose @ThreeUKSupport Yeah, all the networks generally do better deals for new customers than existing ones. The workaround to get the new customer deal on your existing network is to temporarily port your no. to a PAYG SIM on another network, rejoin as a new customer, then port your no. back in.
-
juliette (@julietteiss) reported@ThreeUKSupport can you help re my sim only deal please I keep getting texts and emails giving me details of new deals as mine current deal has ended but everything offered isn’t as good for my circumstances as what I already have I just want to stay as I am. Is this ok? Regards
-
Stephen (@hey5tephen) reported@ThreeUKSupport No problem, it’s 7PE - dunno what you can do short of putting up another mast but it is weird because my phone does apparently “have” 4G and signal here, just no data ever comes through! Been like this here for years
