    @ThreeUK can you tell me why again ! I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone wonโ€™t work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Everywhere else around the world on go roam works just not Europe !!!

    @CurlyTazzi @BelleDameFolle @ThreeUK @virginmedia I havenโ€™t had anything but great service from them. Blistering fast internet speeds all the time and never an outage in 4 years. Must be your dodgy area.

    @ThreeUKSupport So does it only work when Three Wi-Fi is available? On Virgin Media it always asks me to login then says it should have logged me in automatically.

    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and thereโ€™s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    @ThreeUK after being with three for quite some years, getting very frustrated. I can't remember pin , to get a new pin , have to validate by email, email address is incorrect so can't validate, can't change email address because? Can't remember pin. Help

    Yo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...

    @PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.

    @ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly ยฃ30 a month

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport now you want to charge me ยฃ13.92 for a service I wasnโ€™t even using during the 16-20 May when I had no mobile WiFi installed because you kept sending me packages with missing equipment. Worst experience with a company ever!

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Havenโ€™t done it yet, but plan to.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK been using o2 and spent more than a year out of the UK and never had an issue though, i am paying monthly not pre-paid
