Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead.
