    @ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi, I've tried making a phonecall to Australia however when calling it said I had to make a payment so I did (twice) and still having the same issue so you've basically just taken £20 from me for no reason - can you refund me please?

    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUKSupport So why can't you match my customer offer at £55 a month, only if I get a third contract out, why would I even want to pay £58 a month when my "customer exclusive offer is £55 a month

    @ThreeUK When you have just increased my plan from the half price to full price and I get less than full service I find it less than acceptable!! No response from your phone help desk or twitter help service !! Want to leave ASAP !!

    Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

    Awesome job @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport so when the going gets tough on customer services you just either ignore the customer in DMs or close the chat in the apps 🤬 not a happy customer today !! Counting down the days to leave and head off to @VodafoneUK

    @ThreeUK after being with three for quite some years, getting very frustrated. I can't remember pin , to get a new pin , have to validate by email, email address is incorrect so can't validate, can't change email address because? Can't remember pin. Help

    @ThreeUK is the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! Charged me £77 last month for a service I don’t want which I cancelled, just been called and charged another £38 coz it wasn’t cancelled! Will be charged again in 30 days - absolute thieves!
