    .@ThreeUK Iโ€™m getting fed up of receiving โ€˜text failed to sendโ€™ messages from you when recipients are responding to those same texts. Have tried everything suggested on your support site but makes no difference. Never had this problem with this phone on other networks. #Three

    @ThreeUKSupport having speed issues in UB7 have signal but speed is a joke only 1mbps at best... normally get above 40mbps...

    @lawrencenewport are you sure itโ€™s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martinโ€™s lane in Covent Garden itโ€™s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So Iโ€™m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way thereโ€™s no problem with โ€œsignalโ€. Itโ€™s that theyโ€™re giving me basically zero bandwidth.

    @ThreeUK @RoyalMail This has been going on since July 9 when the phone was confirmed lost by Royal Mail. I have been calling and repeating myself constantly to this Three customer service almost as if no one writes notes when calls are made. The WORST kind of customer service EVER.
