    @ThreeUK so my wife upgraded but you sold her a new contract instead. take 2 payments each month and so far have refused to cancel the new contract and a have a debt co calling her, no words but your assistance to sort this has been disgusting.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was nothing major, was going to enquire about a 2nd backup payg sim. I understand you do a free one with 200MB preloaded data. Also I'm an ex Three customer but signal at home was very poor. Curious to see if it's improved.

    @ThreeUKSupport Call 2 - Phoned to complain and cancel if still refused a refund. Instead of assistance or even an apology I had an idiot repeatedly shove a new 2 year contract down my throat. I had to say no over 20 times to stop the sales pitch. 5 minutes of saying no to his stupid contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Fraudulent charges on my account. Was told there was no way to take things further. Call 1 - Refused any refund or assistance getting a refund from the scam company. Just transferred me to the fraudulent company's phone number - funny how scam companies never answer their phone.

I’m a courier and every single day I have to hang up calls cause I lose connection and the people I’m talking to can’t hear me, I sound like a robot as well I’m told.     @ThreeUKSupport I get these speeds consistently throughout the entire day, using an external cross-polarized antenna I bought to try and help the issue myself. Before I attached the antenna, speeds were even *worse*.

    @ThreeUKSupport That happens on both the 4G router *and* my phone, and I have tested it at different spots around the city centre with my phone, never able to get speeds higher than 10Mbps download. It's key to note that I also tested my phone 4G while in Edinburgh, and got 65Mbps download there
