I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for Β£45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now youβve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling.
