@ThreeUK I am disgusted with your customer services. I have been trying to get on your App and had to call customer services who inform me that my name isn’t my name even tho I have written correspondence from you!! Cancelling my contract tomorrow!

  • o0MattE0o
Matthew John Earley (@o0MattE0o) reported from Yiewsley, England

@ThreeUKSupport having speed issues in UB7 have signal but speed is a joke only 1mbps at best... normally get above 40mbps...

  • stefmattana
Stef Mattana (@stefmattana) reported from Reading, England

Dear @ThreeUK, your customer support people on the phone must stop asking account passwords to users as proof of ownership to get some help. It’s unethical and I guess also against the law.

  • Carefree_Jam
Jam (@Carefree_Jam) reported from Reading, England

@idanknow05 @ChelseaFC @ThreeUK 😭😭😭 That really sucks bro. Hopefully they get a replica in the shops in Cambodia or something!

  • M_K_ESS
TRANQUILITY (@M_K_ESS) reported from Wendover, England

@ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😑😑😑

  • NeilThompson
Neil Thompson (@NeilThompson) reported from Reading, England

@ThreeUKSupport That’s a painful solution from previous experience. How about this for an idea? You fix the bug in your letter sending and send me an accurate version.

Awesome job @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport so when the going gets tough on customer services you just either ignore the customer in DMs or close the chat in the apps 🀬 not a happy customer today !! Counting down the days to leave and head off to @VodafoneUK

@mikejjennings @ThreeUK That sucks. Glad I'm not planning on going abroad for a while. Have saved thousands with them on trips to the USA and Greece over the years.

  • NeilThompson

@TheRealPapyAndy @ThreeUKSupport If only that were the case. I wonder if Three have taken onboard my suggestion to fix it and raised a Jira ticket?!

  • AndyRFCCharman
Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Harefield, England

.@ThreeUK I’m getting fed up of receiving β€˜text failed to send’ messages from you when recipients are responding to those same texts. Have tried everything suggested on your support site but makes no difference. Never had this problem with this phone on other networks. #Three

  • stefmattana
Stef Mattana (@stefmattana) reported from Reading, England

@ThreeUKSupport That was asked on live chat where I headed once I ended the phone call. Not sure if it was a language barrier issue with your staff but happened twice on the phone. Be careful, @ThreeUK, that was very worrisome for me 🚨

  • MeetuSuraj
ComplaintBox (@MeetuSuraj) reported from Slough, England

had to borrow data from @EE to tweet this @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport #threedown please fix the service soon πŸ˜“

@ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

  • tkcarter82

Hello @ThreeUK long time customer here, extremely disappointed to see that you are funding the mail, and that your name is alongside this article which dismisses actual hate crime as a hoax - please withdraw your funding from the mail or I will have to reconsider my account

  • MissusWebb
Sarah 🧑 (@MissusWebb) reported from Burnham, England

@OzDelanty_94 @ThreeUK I’ve got only six months But the signal is shocking and despite calling them I’m getting nowhere πŸ™ˆ

  • ivanrosadev
    ivan (@ivanrosadev) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK wtf that’s an insane thing to do with so many important things relying on 2fa via sms, which by the way I hate

  • xeode
    Milber Jinslade (@xeode) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK known people with a uk number out of the uk for years, wonder when this policy started, or they just wanted an excuse to cancel your account?

  • robj3d3

    @siyabuilt @ThreeUK dogass service

  • Tristan27856485
    Tristan Lane (@Tristan27856485) reported

@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be β€œsilicon fen” tricky with such terrible network

@ThreeUK there is your ******* proof right there you absolutely horrible cnts!!

  • woodland246
    woodland246 (@woodland246) reported

@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.

  • leo_phillips
    Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported

@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.

  • gmanka
    Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.

  • IdeasDirectory
    ideas.directory (@IdeasDirectory) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Worst part Rob, they recycle and give away your number to somebody else after few months but will refuse to port it back or sell it back to you This is a huge privacy issue which @ofcom doesn't seem to care
