    @ThreeUK absolutely shocking service on the phone. Trying to cancel an upgrade! The man kept me on phone 35 minutes, unable to understand me or me him! Unable to confirm it was cancelled, told me to call back in 2 days! Blood pressure at boiling point

    @ThreeUK Poor customer service! 3rd call ask for manager agent refused to put me through. No bill no payment! No online bill service! How many months does it take to fix an issue!

    @ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

    @ThreeUKSupport waited all day for my upgrade to be delivered and it has not arrived. I have also not received a email telling me what time it should arrive like you said i would. I have phoned up your customer service twice and had no help. Disgusting service!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have the restart my phone every day in an attempt to pick up the data in the area...if it succeeds it’s then super slow at doing anything

    @ThreeUKSupport over the last few months every morning I have noticed issues with the data in my area...the minute I leave my house...nothing..nothing till I get in to town which is a good 15 min walk away....

    @ThreeUK can you tell me why again ! I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone won’t work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Everywhere else around the world on go roam works just not Europe !!!

    I think I’m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

    @ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

Have go binge add-on for whatever reason no idea why that would be there as it's unlimited so no point in it being there. Please fix this, change back to 2 days ago's setting your end

    @SteveBartlettSC @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I left Three last month. I'd been with them 15 years, but in the last few it's become a lot worse. Call quality is appalling, two hour limit, poor network coverage despite what their website claims, no coverage in busy cell locations, caller drift up to 40s randomly. Poor.

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport think U have a mast offline. Driving north up A4050 past CF5 6DD around 9:15 this morning there was no signal. No 3G, 4G, LTE-A. The closet mast I can think of is the 40mtr high one at CF5 6AD. @ThreeUK

    So haven’t had Netflix for the last 2 days, online forums suggesting that those who have 3 for their broadband provider are affected… @netflix @ThreeUK who’s gonna deal with it & fix the problem? I’ve contacted both & both suggested unplugging and rebooting then blamed the other

    @ThreeUKSupport Then I want a discount been through this before with postcode know we can get a signal. The point is we can only get it in one room & room next door to that one can get weak signal that comes & goes but that's it. We are high risk household still shielding so reply on internet
