    @ThreeUK can you tell me why again ! I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone won’t work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Everywhere else around the world on go roam works just not Europe !!!

    I think I’m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

    Scammers are contacting @ThreeUK and requesting new SIM cards to get hold of your bank information.just found out from my bank.not able to get hold of anyone at @ThreeUK phone and login doesn’t work anymore #help #ScamAlert

    @ibuckley @ThreeUK I called them today and they informed me there was some kind of issue ... I only get 1 bar of 3G service and the chap was meant to call me back That was over four hours ago 🙈🙈 #hadenough

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and there’s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    @ThreeUK When you have just increased my plan from the half price to full price and I get less than full service I find it less than acceptable!! No response from your phone help desk or twitter help service !! Want to leave ASAP !!

    @ThreeUK after being with three for quite some years, getting very frustrated. I can't remember pin , to get a new pin , have to validate by email, email address is incorrect so can't validate, can't change email address because? Can't remember pin. Help

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi, I've tried making a phonecall to Australia however when calling it said I had to make a payment so I did (twice) and still having the same issue so you've basically just taken £20 from me for no reason - can you refund me please?

    @ThreeUKSupport having speed issues in UB7 have signal but speed is a joke only 1mbps at best... normally get above 40mbps...

    Awesome job @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport so when the going gets tough on customer services you just either ignore the customer in DMs or close the chat in the apps 🤬 not a happy customer today !! Counting down the days to leave and head off to @VodafoneUK

    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUKSupport waited all day for my upgrade to be delivered and it has not arrived. I have also not received a email telling me what time it should arrive like you said i would. I have phoned up your customer service twice and had no help. Disgusting service!

    @ThreeUK it's been 24 hours now and three is putting my life in danger, I hate this network and will never use them again which might not be long as I've already instructed my partner to sue them if I pass away, do not sign up to 3

    @ThreeUK r u looking into there being no texting facility on your network in NG4, NG5, NG12? Been in all three locations this am and every single text I've tried to send has failed.
