@ThreeUK so I had my account compromised, a phone and sim was ordered without my knowledge, once it arrived at my house, I reported it to the fraud action squad, then reported to your fraud department with my crime reference number. Your fraud department never followed up 1/2

@ThreeUK Both myself and my bf didn't receive the alert or text message we're both on your network both with Samsung phones but mine is a s20fe5g, his is the J3 , I'm on contact he is on payg. I have alerts enabled, and up to date os, not sure if his has this and can't update Os.

@ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

Out of frustration, I called @ThreeUK via Relay UK on 21 June to ask about a refund. I immediately asked to be transferred to billing. The agent ignored my request and spent over 25 minutes speaking at me, not with me. The Relay Assistant even prompted them to slow down. They didn’t.
