    @ThreeUK want to charge me the £53 early cancel fee to get out of contract worth £300 over 2yrs to move to contract worth £1150. Won’t waive the fee. Result I will wait 6 months and probably move to another network. #mobiles

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not for me, it's for a friend, last night when I went to the network status checker and put in the postcode, it said engineers were completing work on masts near by so things may be affected?

    @ItsJustTamsin @ThreeUK Omg, that's terrible! their customer service is terrible, they hang up on you all the time! Switched to EE, best decision ever, and they have customer service in the UK.

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUK can you explain why my family all using your network (2 contract, 1 PAYG) aren't able to make/send calls or texts to my EE number please? They can receive them from me but I can't from them. EE have checked everything & no issues have been found.

    @ThreeUKSupport disappointed over the last few days. My data keeps dropping in speed dramatically or stops working at all, and the only way to resolve is to switch flight mode on and back off. I have to do this several times AN HOUR. Very disappointed customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Same phone, no divert or blocks, all settings checked by me & EE, all other networks can get through. No issues contacting me on precious number (3 weeks ago) and they're all using the same numbers.
