    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over Β£100.

    Oh great @threeuk is completely down again. In a few years it’s gone from being a great phone network to a terrible one. Will be switching in Feb - is anyone I know on EE? Do they have decent network coverage in London? #threedown @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport We rang up three back in late July to cancel. We also sent all the equipment back as per the letter we received. Then a few weeks ago we received a letter again we owe money to three, despite cancelling. We rang up again and paid it, which thinking about it we didn’t have to...

    @ThreeUK When you have just increased my plan from the half price to full price and I get less than full service I find it less than acceptable!! No response from your phone help desk or twitter help service !! Want to leave ASAP !!

    @ThreeUKSupport Why no visual voicemail. It was introduced 2007 ! Why do I have to still use some mediocre voicemail service from the far past. Apple Watch is a reason for switching away after 11 years quite frankly.

    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s my partner but she did it on the online website and the 21st of December and got an email saying it has been received and that someone would be in contact within 7 days heard nothing at all and now her service has been cut off.

    @ThreeUKSupport It varies. Sometimes the 4G symbol has a "!" next to it and it won't work at all, sometimes it looks fine but the internet will stop working after a few minutes and the problem continues for the day. Yes, same post code

    @ThreeUK Avoid using this mobile company. Useless customer service. Had two Bill's re appear from 2 years ago. Now they sending my bereaved mother text messages saying pay this bill now. With no link to previous accounts. Disgusting.
