    @ThreeUKSupport Done this dance already, it never worked, nobody can be expected to turn off all notifications for every app one by one, and that wasn’t the issue. Your charges are exorbitant and your signal was abysmal over there.

    @ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete. I already did that but the Call Handler seemed a bit obtuse about the issue. Didn’t seem to understand what had happened so I asked him to review the call and any notes taken. He said he couldn’t see anything and wasn’t any help at all.
