    @ThreeUK want to charge me the ยฃ53 early cancel fee to get out of contract worth ยฃ300 over 2yrs to move to contract worth ยฃ1150. Wonโ€™t waive the fee. Result I will wait 6 months and probably move to another network. #mobiles

    @ThreeUKSupport Why no visual voicemail. It was introduced 2007 ! Why do I have to still use some mediocre voicemail service from the far past. Apple Watch is a reason for switching away after 11 years quite frankly.

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

    @ThreeUK this ainโ€™t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th itโ€™s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and Iโ€™m told โ€œthis isnโ€™t logicalโ€ then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

    @ThreeUKSupport 3.5 hours, 8 people later, 3 disconnected chats all to add another SIM and smartwatch plan to my current contact. Terrible experience and all just to give you some more business. End of this contract and Iโ€™ll be gone after 16yrs.

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. Iโ€™m switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money from my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three consciously enable fraud!

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    @ThreeUK When will you be fixing the tower in Aberdeen? It has been down for maintenance for seven weeks, and maximum download speeds of 2 Mbps simply do not work. The tower spends more time down for maintenance each year than it does actually providing a service.
