    @ThreeUKSupport I have had intermittent service for 7-10 days now. Phone calls breaking up, to no service. In the house, no signal. Why did I ever leave EE. I had service literally everywhere. 😡😡😡

    So 3 Network has been down as early as 4:30am .. it’s now Lunchtime for me at work and still no Data or Phone Services available 😤🤔 having to resort to my work WiFi 😭 I have Unlimited Data WTF .. so I’m expecting a days compensation @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ChrisMoyles I’m having issues with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport at least you can see on the website there mast is not working. 3 mobile site is also not working to check. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport 2. So I've previously been a Three customer several years ago and decided to return to the network in July this time on a business contract. The experience (or rather ordeal) was thoroughly horrific - over 2 hours spent in the Bournemouth Castlepoint store...

    @ThreeUKSupport Well. I managed to get through to support. They assured me that sending a new sim would fix my issues. It’s certainly made a difference. Service is much much worse. I now only have intermittent 3G downstairs, and very slow 4G upstairs, in the front half on the house. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport 4. having realised they has set some new record for terrible customer care they asked me if "I wouldn't mind" giving them a 9 or 10 for their service that day on the following customer survey as anything less would be a poor reflection on their customer service...

    It is because of this that I avoided contacting them and kept paying for services I didn’t need. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Please make it as easy to cancel or change services within your account settings as it is to signup to new services. Ease of use would be worth switching for.

    @ThreeUKSupport was told I’d get a call within 3 days. Then got told it again. Then got told within 24 hours. Had to cancel my contract as no one could sort my bill out after being with you for 8 years. Dreadful

    @ThreeUKSupport 12. my telephone number that was historically with three and returned to the network 5 months ago AS A BUSINESS CONTRACT... so not only is she without the means to make or receive calls, they have screwed up the PAC despite my clarifying it needed to be the number

    @ThreeUKSupport Perhaps communicating with the customer before the 30 day period instead of leaving it to 19 days so you get another 11 days out of them, might be a good idea. I was told to 'go on the website to complain, so no, I haven't 'discussed' it yet with the 'complaints team' .

    Again to be fair, @ThreeUK ‘s technical service did suggest I try 3G. I just didn’t know they were going to impose it on me.
