    @ThreeUKSupport I have had intermittent service for 7-10 days now. Phone calls breaking up, to no service. In the house, no signal. Why did I ever leave EE. I had service literally everywhere. 😑😑😑

Unnecessarily refusing to accept an email as it doesn't bear the Apple logo - ignoring several emails of correspondence. Effectively accusing me of a fraud. A customer of 15 years but not for much longer

    @ThreeUK @ChelseaFCW I'd like to start 2023 off with a working phone but despite being flagged to other services as a vulnerable customer due to my disabled daughter three aren't prepared to make any effort to investigate a lack of service. Maybe look closer to home for some excellence 3.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jo,they have looked into it. They admit they can see I posted it back on 22nd Dec. Royal mail says delivered 23rd but they can't find it so it's my problem apparently. Really bad customer service.

    @ThreeUK You have a technical network issue with your cellular plan. You make enough money by outsourcing your entire customer support to India. The agents are great, you need to train them about this issue, and even better, you're not RESOLVING it.

    @ThreeUK been a customer with yourselves for years. Upgrade was due tomorrow so I called, was told any deal I found would be matched. I shopped around, gave 3 links with the S22 ultra in the chat and you wouldn't match! I think I'm going to end my contract with yourselves now.
