@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

@ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

@ThreeUKSupport My 4G on my phone doesn't work when I'm out of the house despite it showing I'm getting a 4G signal. I can somehow still use WhatsApp, but I can't browse the internet using a browser, but it's fine when I get home on the WiFi. Can you help?
