I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G.
