I used to pay £10pm to @SMARTYMobileUK and always had perfect signal. I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for £45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Can I cancel my contract if I'm I happy with the service??

honestly can't explain how angry I am with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport, charging my GF after her hub was stolen and they were meant to fix it but didn't, and then basically saying it's not their problem over support chat, disgusting and horrible customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport i have sent 6 messages all relating to the appalling customer service from 3, £68 charged by 3 with no warning to call the 3 helpline from a 3 sim, it took the agent over 1 hour to set up a wifi account and that took us over the 3 free minutes and the crazy charge
