    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s ok. I’ve escalated and am awaiting feedback from complaints team. The last few days have been a shambles & I’ve spent hours trying to fix Threes issues. Bottom line is you want 4 contracts or you don’t......

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t think people care about improving a network. When all you’ve done is reduce the speeds for people who can’t afford 5g phones. I couldn’t care less what is being invested all that shows is just how much money is coming out of your customers pockets when we’re all suffering

    @ThreeUKSupport 13th Dec via letter confirming a new contract. I've made contact via online chat and telephone, each time saying it's passed to fraud team. No formal complaint has been made but to be honest, from experience, I'm not sure I'd get a response other than "we'll be in touch"

    @ThreeUK no signal for 2 days cr0 0bu cant call or receive calls , when is this going to be fixed please ?, doctors could not call me missing important calls cos neither can hear each other. I have seen locally loads people are having problems.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well its a thing where I live and has been today & yesterday, I cannot use mobile internet while I'm on a call, could prior to today & yesterday, if not on a call I can only do certain things on my phone not multiple things because connection is poor
