    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUK Anyway I signed lifetime prison warrant for Israel militaries in the list of authorities watching on my phone, the data negotiation doesnt work, I left notes also the airport, if you see these people call to, and we come to pick them up to delivery these people in prison

    @ThreeUKSupport Such a disappointment so far, asked for phone make and model, twice, yet all the instructions I have been given are for a different phone. On second chat person who assures me they can fix it. A company your size should put in some effort to have updated documentation.
