    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Be aware three will rip you off have a sim only contract with unlimited everything prices went up by40% so tried cancelling but they won’t cancel and are still charging disgraceful trouble is I stop paying I will get into trouble these big companies have you by the *****

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s ok. I’ve escalated and am awaiting feedback from complaints team. The last few days have been a shambles & I’ve spent hours trying to fix Threes issues. Bottom line is you want 4 contracts or you don’t......

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and Β£4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service
