I have alerts enabled, and up to date os, not sure if his has this and can't update Os.

Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
