@ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

@ThreeUKSupport - Does Three have any plans to make smart device service plans? Such as an esim for 4G smartwatches that can share the same number and data as your phone? A 4G watch seems pointless if it has to have a different phone number.

@ThreeUKSupport @tomeccles Chris, you know that isn't true because some of us have been reporting outages continuously since last week. Please be honest with us so we can plan. What's the issue/works, what's the expected duration? @ofcom - please assist in enforcing that wilful dishonesty isn't permitted?
