    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, through the app. I clicked leave and followed through the actions. It I’ve never seen a final bill. I will happily pay if I saw what the bill covered but so far all I have received is threats.

    I apologise to @ThreeUK. Was raging as their 5G is awful in London (e.g. I will have full 5G bars and nothing happens) and I thought it was their signal causing the issue but turns out it’s just Instagram and WhatsApp down. 🙃
