    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUK Both myself and my bf didn't receive the alert or text message we're both on your network both with Samsung phones but mine is a s20fe5g, his is the J3 , I'm on contact he is on payg. I have alerts enabled, and up to date os, not sure if his has this and can't update Os.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there some sort of network issue? over last hour both I and my wife have been bombarded with random spam calls, dozens of them, every 20s or so, mostly unidentified UK mobile numbers, but some international and some appearing to be from known contacts (but not)

    After terrible Customer Service from MGMT for 11 days at @RoyaltonAntigua I then get First Class service from @ThreeUK fixing an issue in 5mins. Thank you Ashish at 3, kinda made me emotional that someone wanted to help.

    @ThreeUKSupport random numbers keep calling me and when I answered they said I’d called them!! This is a joke and such a massive security breach. Nothing but issues with three!! Bring on September when I can finally cancel my contract.

    @ThreeUK @Ofcom look at these complaints including mine, how can they get away with charging for a service that doesn’t work on top of that this happens today. I want out of the contract and they are trying to charge me for a service that is totally unacceptable
