    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Erm, really don't know about the SIM card. Maybe 2018. I've had issues in Wrexham, Bristol and now Southampton today. Been getting worse for a while though. Very much a first world problem and there are far greater issues out in the world, but I'd not had to ask for WiFi in years

    @ThreeUKSupport No. Quite frankly I couldn’t care less about £5, I want good customer service and didn’t get it. All I wanted was a change of payment date from April, that was too much trouble. I won’t be staying.
