@ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

@ThreeUK Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been trying to help my husband, unwell in hospital, get access to a data add-on that I purchased on his behalf. Getting to speak to a human is impossible. I'm so disappointed and upset.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK stuck abroad due to the pandemic. My line was cut due to being abroad for too long. Fraudulently put on a new contract. 6 weeks later still no connectivity despite speaking to support chat (no other way to contact) 20-30 times and every time promised it..

@ThreeUKSupport I do have a PAC code but when I give it to the operator I wish to join, they say that the "It’s MSISDN Issue,PAC has been cancelled".Three executive says that there's nothing like that whereas new operator say that the issue is with PAC.Who is going take initiative to resolve it?
