    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Customer services, Spent 40 mins yesterday, told 24 hours, spent 68 mins today told 24-48 hours due to glitch? You lot are a shambles. Still zero broadband and no answers. Go to @EE I wish I had.

    @threeuk can you please provide an update as to why service has dropped severely in KT postcode and when normal service will resume? No prior warning of planned works. I haven't been able to work for 3 days as I rely on a stable connection.

    Just so everyone knows @ThreeUK is the worst network in the UK don't ever take a contract with them. Haven't had signal on my phone since October and they refused to let me out of my contract even though THEY admitted fault.

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried all of it. Phone off and on again. Mobile data off and on again. Taking the sim out and adding it back in. Nothing works. Please DM with instructions to set the Network manually. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I work from home and have been having issues with my broadband for 3 days now. TS17 area. I’ve lost our almost a full days wage as i’ve not been able to do my work due to the broadband not working. Very unhappy

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I'm on PayAsYouGo sim (a sim you forced on me as otherwise my monthly contract would charge me for data abroad!), have a monthly allowance added, did not reach the cap, and yet, I'm in Germany with no signal at all! Help please?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport network for data isn’t working properly in the chester area. There needs to be an easier way to report outages or poor services. Chat operators aren’t available and I havnt got time to sit on a waiting list on a phone.
