James Barnham (@JWBarnham) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.
-
Sam Skinner (@SHPETeacher13) reported from Hammersmith, England@ThreeUK You’re unable to block a stolen phone... your website is not secure. My friend is having a great deal of difficulty getting answers and support. @Ofcom

-
Don Constance (@snaprails) reported from Ealing, England@ThreeUKSupport Of course I have. How else would your live chat person have been able to a: verify my security answer s & b: re-enable my login. I don't use your app, it's a pile of... well let's just say it wasn't a positive experience.
-
UPGRADIAN Jack 🔶 (@jackbremer) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUKSupport Done this dance already, it never worked, nobody can be expected to turn off all notifications for every app one by one, and that wasn’t the issue. Your charges are exorbitant and your signal was abysmal over there.
-
Mark (@edwarrditis) reported from Hounslow, EnglandHello @ThreeUKSupport it’s been more than a week and I have not able to use my data. Checked the network status checker on your website and it says that there’s an issue. I would like to know if when the services will be fixed? It’s been more than a week now here in Isleworth

-
lauren (@wanderlaurst) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandAbsolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.
-
John Dunne (@Jdunne9407uk) reported from Merton, England@ThreeUK Ha ha you can’t even get 4g right in London let alone 5g. Seriously shocking service and signal from 3 for months
-
Andy Saw (@andysaw) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

-
Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
-
#1 BREAKDOWN ***** (@SynthHenry) reported.@ThreeUK with the worst service & customer service of all time. online help gets told EXPLICITLY how my issue is YOUR FAULT, so YOU need to do something about it and got cut off by your agents
-
Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
-
Martin (@martinrue) reported@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.
-
Siya (@siyabuilt) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK worst thing, the same happened with my health insurance. I go to pay, suddenly dashboard says "no basic insurance". Literally didn't even get a msg about it. Surely this has to be illegal in some way
