    @ThreeUKSupport hi there. I signed up for a 12- month contract yesterday and I want to cancel it. The customer representative requested for a PAC on my old network but I decided to just stick with it and cancel my plan with Three can you help me with the one thanks

    @colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.

    @SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

    @ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

    @EE Not overly fussed about crazy speed mobile data. My fibre internet at home is for big downloads. I just want a network I can call my family on when I want to speak to them. Especially when it’s urgent. Sadly @ThreeUK in #Manchester is crap. Even with 5G signal, calls fail 😞

    @ThreeUKSupport Location doesn’t seem to matter and it only can be heard on one side of the call . Some times restarting the call help. It’s been going on for months tryed to report but no joy with your off shore call agents .

    @ThreeUKSupport No SIM replacement. It's a problem with the Mask itself. Switching to 3G fixes the problem but 4G is very slow
