    @ThreeUKSupport Thank u for your reply Jen. It is not my phone... it is my relish. Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

    @ThreeUK yet again the service is ****. And no reduction in Our monthly contract. I am in MK40, a new mast was put up 50 meters down the road and still only get 1 bar reception. Absolutely rubbish.
