@ThreeUK so I had my account compromised, a phone and sim was ordered without my knowledge, once it arrived at my house, I reported it to the fraud action squad, then reported to your fraud department with my crime reference number. Your fraud department never followed up 1/2

🚨 🚨 So looks like @ThreeUK failed to issue the alert at 3pm. Lots of messages on twitter of others who didn't receive the sound or message. Anyone with a 3 phone actually receive it?

@ispreview hey, so it looks like @ThreeUK have updated their codec for the voice calls, I think they are using Evs like EE? If you ring someone that is on Three, from any other network now, you get high quality calls! It’s great! :-)

@ThreeUK I am supposed to be getting clear 5G signal and coverage but I am barely getting 3G 😡 no matter the area I may be in during the day. If you can’t cope with 5G networking stop offering it until you’re competent to do so as it’s a f’g disgrace. Charging fortunes for 💩.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK two days without a signal albeit a brief resume to normal service yesterday evening after I’d finished work and no longer needed my phone to contact customers. Sort it out or do you want me to be equally as bad when paying my bill.
