    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    @Ofcom is there a standard practice for access to a phone number/PAC if you cancel during the 14 day cooling off period? @ThreeUK think it’s ok to hold phone numbers hostage with no service or a PAC which I don’t think is acceptable

    @ThreeUK your customer service is AWFUL so after many years I've left and gone to EE! Sent back phone as requested and now you're trying to demand over £900?! Absolute joke. I was told I wouldn't be charged anything! Your team doesn't communicate with each other. #worstservice
