@ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

@ThreeUKSupport the 5g home broadband has just dropped out completely again. This last week the coverage has been awful. If I wasn't only partway into a 2 year contract I would be cancelling and going with someone else.

Took three months and I insisted they w/o £100 bill covering some roaming too as comp for effort in getting fee taken off bill. Had to send tracked mail to CEO..
