    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    @ThreeUK site has been down all day so I’m unable to buy more data whilst on holiday. App & website both needed to be done at the same time? So I’ll have to pay later on (full price) to not even receive a full days worth of data because you’ve been down. Really not good enough.

    @Popser73 @ThreeUKSupport Support wasn’t helpful when I was hacked until someone recommended @thomas_tech_ on Instagram who recovered back my account in less than an hour, he’s genius on Instagram You try to give him a text on Instagram, I’m sure he will help you out.

    @ThreeUKSupport Didn’t deliver on day scheduled. Then re ordered yesterday. Cancelled without informing me so have taken day off today and was told it would be delivered today. Cancelled due manufacture problems. Been on phone chat for 2 hours and not resolved. @Ofcom
