Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

@ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

Just moved to @O2 after years with @ThreeUK to improve network coverage in my home. Everything going well until you want to contact @O2 helpline. The automated service isn't fit for purpose. You say what your problem is and it tells you to look online, then cuts you off! Rubbish.

@ThreeUKSupport My postcode is N7 8HY. I used to be on 3 in 2009. I switched to Vodafone because the signal was bad. I came back to you guys in 2020 and I am still not happy. I don’t want to start feeling like I have made a mistake by choosing 3. Please resolve these issues

@ThreeUK any issues around WD25 the last few days I havent had 4g. Ive tried resetting my phone etc. Its persistent at the moment. Cant connect at all.
