    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    @davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesnโ€™t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

    @ThreeUKSupport Itโ€™s said โ€˜please try again laterโ€™. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states โ€˜ please call us for a refundโ€™ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK the signal on my phone has been really bad this past week, the same on our Three broadband, and my sis said the same thing this evening about her Three broadband. Your website says all good though. Is there a problem in Horsham?

    @ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you canโ€™t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why canโ€™t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isnโ€™t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    I switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay ยฃ4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

    @ThreeUK sold me a dodgey phone that now the battery swells and has basically become a bomb! I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. Iโ€™m switching to another provider.

    @CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
