    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    Years ago if you wanted to ring @ThreeUK you got through straightaway. Today you can’t get through for love or money. Service has definitely gone down hill since 3 has grown in size. Very disappointing as Three used to be good. Shame.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did it on the phone, which is an achievement in itself. I complained and got a message to say it’s resolved but it’s far from resolved. The only way you can resolve this is for you to cancel this horror show contract free of charge
