    @SuperSaf @ThreeUK Different story in Woking, Surrey No 5G and 4G+ data speeds of about 4 Meg very poor quality too constantly cutting out. ๐Ÿ˜ข

    @ThreeUK so my wife upgraded but you sold her a new contract instead. take 2 payments each month and so far have refused to cancel the new contract and a have a debt co calling her, no words but your assistance to sort this has been disgusting.

    I used to pay ยฃ10pm to @SMARTYMobileUK and always had perfect signal. I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for ยฃ45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Can I cancel my contract if I'm I happy with the service??

    @ThreeUKSupport It's ok, third time lucky on chat she finally found someone who knows what they are doing who fixed the issue. Credit score affected by your companies error, however.

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there network issues? No home broadband for 6+ hours and poor 4G currently. All the obvious things tried. No one seems to answer phone and can't get onto live chat.

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @ThreeUK the worst broadband and customer service ive ever experienced, cancelled my contract without me asking, then took ยฃ140 out of my account when I was told it wouldnโ€™t go out, 5 times Iโ€™ve been in contact and they say it will be resolved in a matter of days, still waitingโ€ฆ

    If you live in north Shropshire donโ€™t have a Moblie contract with @SMARTYMobileUK or @ThreeUK their network is overloaded they have no more capacity and there is no work planned to solve the problem @HelenMorganMP why do we have to put up with such a bad Moblie service

    @ThreeUK yet again i am having to contact you and i am no longer a customer of yours ! I have yet again had an email sent saying i am due money for an account that is closed. Can you sort this as i do not want this affecting my credit, if it does my lawyer will be in touch next
