    @ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I donโ€™t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since Iโ€™ve had it...

    so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

    Calling out @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the worst customer service Iโ€™ve ever experienced. Company keeps charging me for a cancelled service, but their staff canโ€™t understand or resolve it. Filed a complaint via the website, which they marked as resolved - without resolving it.

    @ThreeUK When will the tower in Ab11 be fixed? Itโ€™s been down for maintenance for 9 weeks now. 2MBPS download speeds just donโ€™t cut it. Ask EE to borrow a competent engineer.
