@ThreeUKSupport hi I have so issues with voicemail and on o2 and we I had visual voicemail where I could delete messages simply however I don’t seem to be able to find how to set this up on your network. Please advise.

I used to pay £10pm to @SMARTYMobileUK and always had perfect signal. I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for £45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Can I cancel my contract if I'm I happy with the service??

@ThreeUKSupport @annielrick It’s NOT fixed! My dad is waiting for a verification code to come by text to complete an important transaction and the text messages are still not working - we have all tried texting him and nothing is getting through. Sort this out your customer service is terrible!
