I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

Rung up to top it up they wonβt do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I donβt have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Wonβt work in my EE phone! π
