@ThreeUKSupport expecting an upgrade to be delivered today. Still no idea what time it’s coming and I have things to do today. Tried calling customer services to get nothing but automated messages on all of them and I’m at my wits end now

@ThreeUKSupport Are you able to shed any light on the issues you've been experiencing? As far as I am aware every other network in the UK has successfully deployed Oreo to Samsung devices. Is there something unique to Three?

@ThreeUKSupport I was cut off after 5-10 minutes or so. Your web team says it was a technical glitch. I’ve never experienced that before
@ThreeUKSupport No I was told it would cancel 19/8 as had to serve 30 day notice then I would get final bill. At the end of the call I was cut off. Lost my sim contacts 😕

@ThreeUKSupport Best thing would be for me just to change to EE or o2. I've had good service with @ThreeUKSupport until recently and I had hoped these issues were temporary but seems not. Ho hum that's the way it goes. Utilities change. Ta ta.
@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been with three for years. Never had an issue and I’ve always thought they were great. However I can’t not have a phone, I rely on it for work so I’ll have to go elsewhere if it isn’t sorted today or tomorrow

@mikejibson @ThreeUK Three bad everywhere but particularly around London and especially when there is more than 1 other Three customer within a 10 mile radius! But Three will tell you not to worry because 5G is coming and this will resolve it. Probably. Hopefully. Maybe 🤞
@ThreeUKSupport WA71GL. I have two contracts with you and to be honest I think I want to cancel them both. 6 days without service and still no sign of even any information regarding what’s happening. I hope I see this reflected in my bills because I’m not paying for a service I’m not receiving
