    Low and behold you requested the direct debit already so I can't cancel that. So by saying that the charges weren't there is highly insulting. I've been with @ThreeUK for 15 years and this is frankly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ombudsman is getting contacted.

    @artee48 @ThreeUKSupport Nope but I've made sure that the building material for my house is made out of straw so it doesn't effect the signal like it does in hospitals

    @carsey1961 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK They won't actually do anything though. You'll get a green ok box in a few days time, then a few days after that back to the issue identified message. It's a never ending loop.

    @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @EE I have a friend who lives in Uplands area of Swansea, complains about signal in his flat, not just his flat that has issues with signal but other friends too, I visited a number of times, find similar issues with signal SA2 0QA & SA2 0QB

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your network is an absolute joke as is your customer service line. 3 times I've been on hold for 20+ mins today and my call keeps dropping out. Time to cancel my contract I think ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @whiterockwales Hi Lawrence. Just read your column in todayโ€™s @WalesOnline SWEP. I totally concur! I live in Winch Wen SA1 and work in Llansamlet SA7, and for Walesโ€™ second city, the mobile phone/data signal is awful! Iโ€™m with @ThreeUK and the service is so poor! ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? Itโ€™s not about โ€œcoverageโ€ but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. Youโ€™re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

    @ThreeUKSupport whatโ€™s going on ever since I got my new iPhone last year signal been terrible I travel the uk for work constantly signal dips in and out terrible 4g and 5g Iโ€™ve been with you years I canโ€™t put up with this much longer

    Just had a call from someone supposedly representing @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport advising me that my sim will be blocked in 3 days due to network issues. Is this a load of old tosh / spam / phishing, or is it true? I hung up.
