Low and behold you requested the direct debit already so I can't cancel that. So by saying that the charges weren't there is highly insulting. I've been with @ThreeUK for 15 years and this is frankly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ombudsman is getting contacted.

@carsey1961 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK They won't actually do anything though. You'll get a green ok box in a few days time, then a few days after that back to the issue identified message. It's a never ending loop.

@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

@ThreeUK I've asked for an invoice 3 times, once on the telephone and twice over your chat and still keep getting the same reply! This is ridiculous! email you send me doesn't have an invoice number on! chat staff is rude all I need is my invoice number why is it so difficult?
