Matthew Bowen π (@MBowen619) reported from Swansea, WalesLow and behold you requested the direct debit already so I can't cancel that. So by saying that the charges weren't there is highly insulting. I've been with @ThreeUK for 15 years and this is frankly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ombudsman is getting contacted.
-
Sosig (@bully185) reported from Skewen, Wales@ThreeUKSupport is there work going on in the SA10 area around Neath Abbey? My signal is dreadful since i got to work?? π‘
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticianz) reported@Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.
-
Ariel Online (@justarieldotcom) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK This cannot be correct @ThreeUK . What are the official t&cs for this at your network?
-
Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@ThreeUK Contract finishes this year and we wonβt be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not,
-
Jon Howick (@JonHowick) reported@ThreeUKSupport is your network down? Only got 1 bar or no signal this morning
-
Paul Holman π (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
-
α°OOα π (@ClarityClack) reported@Baz69 @ThreeUK Oh this is awful.
-
Ross Knight (@RossKnight97) reportedYou lot @ThreeUK are con artists. I phone up to pay a bill, only gives me option to pay airtime, no option to pay device, no human beings work for you at all, just autobots Worst service ever, worst communication ever, laziest service, honestly fold your company, load of shite
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
