    @ThreeUKSupport Your network is an absolute joke as is your customer service line. 3 times I've been on hold for 20+ mins today and my call keeps dropping out. Time to cancel my contract I think 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

    @artee48 @ThreeUKSupport Nope but I've made sure that the building material for my house is made out of straw so it doesn't effect the signal like it does in hospitals

    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    Low and behold you requested the direct debit already so I can't cancel that. So by saying that the charges weren't there is highly insulting. I've been with @ThreeUK for 15 years and this is frankly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ombudsman is getting contacted.

    @carsey1961 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK They won't actually do anything though. You'll get a green ok box in a few days time, then a few days after that back to the issue identified message. It's a never ending loop.

    @ThreeUK @connexinlive what’s not funny is your woeful service in Edinburgh. strong signal but calls cutting out, internet - maps, transport, everything inaccessible. Thought it was just summer tourists but it’s all year round.

    Signed up with @ThreeUK for 100gb £10 a month and all of a sudden it’s switched to 60gb a month and that has run down to 13th already in two weeks where the other package didn’t use half when i was using it constantly

    @ThreeUK Visiting family on the Isle of Skye for The holidays & I’m now on Day 5 with NO SIGNAL on my phone with 3! Occasional WiFi allowing me to send this! Apparently an ‘issue’ in this area according to the app, but no support! What the hell, 3!!

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK since merging and enabling mast share, my Three service has gone downhill. Even with multiple bars of signal, data doesn’t work. Never had this issue before.
