I live in Winch Wen SA1 and work in Llansamlet SA7, and for Wales’ second city, the mobile phone/data signal is awful! I’m with @ThreeUK and the service is so poor! 🤬🤬🤬

I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

Of course we wont get compensation unless its 24 hours, & "We are sorry" wont cut it, as good faith compensation is due!

I can't leave the house without my phone due to needing emergency contact and had to cancel my gym and cinema booking. Bills go up yet your service constantly goes down. I've also missed an important call. I'm sick of it!!
