    Low and behold you requested the direct debit already so I can't cancel that. So by saying that the charges weren't there is highly insulting. I've been with @ThreeUK for 15 years and this is frankly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ombudsman is getting contacted.

    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    Dear @ThreeUKSupport, 2.97 Mbps download speed is the best I've got from 4G service. I couldn't even load citymapper nor get Uber. Am I paying for text and mintues, data is something you don't cover?
