    @ThreeUK phones are bad, before phones we talked to each other face to face, kids played outside and we the world was our Internet. Your advert sucks *****.

    When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down ๐Ÿ˜’ so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I donโ€™t understand why this canโ€™t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    @ThreeUK after the signal issues Iโ€™ve experienced for weeks Iโ€™m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows youโ€™ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

    @Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.

    @ThreeUKSupport and again 1845 hrs we loss service again, no calls no texts no data, no response or compo for the number of drop outs, snd all out stoppages since june alone!

    Why is dealing with @ThreeUK such a massive ballache? Cancelled home broadband 2 weeks ago. Supposed to receive instructions from DPD on how to return the router. Nothing ever arrived. I will be charged if they don't receive it back. Tried to speak to them through live chat today. Takes forever to bypass the chatbot and and speak to a real person and when you finally get someone they reply so slowly it takes forever to sort anything out. Session times out while I'm busy trying to get some actual work done (that's how slow they are to reply). Website logs me out. I lose all the progress I've made. Try and log back in and their site is broken. Just ******* shoot me now.

    Hey @ThreeUK - why is your mobile home broadband so consistent awful? Iโ€™ll be removing my direct debit and sending your hub back the shop. You cannot charge people for such a poor service.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now Iโ€™m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

    @ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.
