No one should EVER get an account with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. They are THE WORST network, I’ve called several times each month since last October and nothing has changed. Now when I’m leaving the network within the cooling off period, they’re trying to levy me with charges 🙃

@NatWest_Help I feel very let down by your customer service after my account was fraudulently used to set up to phone contracts with @ThreeUK. You didn’t treat it as fraud, failed to pass all the details between your teams and so I have lost money and ‘case is closed’
