    @ThreeUKSupport I have hearing difficulties meaning it’s difficult to understand those with strong accents It’s all sorted now, I had to get someone else to deal with it for me. Please do better with your customer service next time

    @ThreeUKSupport It also wasn’t just your store 3hrs of phone calls and ecalated twice and still common sense will not prevail. Never dealt with a more backward system in my life. It’s laughable.

    @ThreeUK the signal I’ve been receiving recently is appalling!!! My WiFi @NOWTV_It seems to be doing way my justice. I literally have to put my phone on airplane mode @ home just to get signal using the WiFi, why am I paying for my contract please? My contact soon ends 🥳

    Can I just vent my frustration @ThreeUK. Your quick enough to advise me, your increasing my #Taffif, but fall to advise me, of no signal Saturday & Sunday night. Thanks a bunch #ThreeUK. Thinking of leaving when my contact is up. Going for a cheaper tariff.

    @ThreeUKSupport It looks good on a system!! But not in real life, and I’m not the only with the same issues so therefore 3 will always be **** with crappy signal and backwards customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone is brand new! Thank you very much, and the sim is fairly new I haven’t Even had this sim for 1 year so don’t try down play me like I’m stupid! I said it’s your company and your still not listening
