    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    @ThreeUK phones are bad, before phones we talked to each other face to face, kids played outside and we the world was our Internet. Your advert sucks *****.

    When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down 😒 so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

    My experiences of @SMARTYMobileUK... bad. Owned by 3, but no where near as good as (I switched FROM @ThreeUK) Gave me a SIM, came quick. PAC didn't take affect properly and messed things up, and was forced to order a replacement SIM. That came quick, but I cannot activate it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still no movement here on this issue. Still unable to ring back to the UK from the Irish Republic. The data roaming has been switched on for weeks and never turned off. Would love to have this matter resolved! Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport omg thats a nightmare attempting to work from home with video calls. 2.88mb per sec download and 0.33 upload. and im paying for what should be a full service. Thx for end date though appreciate not your fault

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK I get less than 3 mbs up and less than 500 kbs down on my local repeater! Last almost 6 yrs here? Never had 4G? Disgusted really at the speeds they are worse than dial up 56k Modem! PL329YQ fed up with it £19 Sim as you go Contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport The problem is not just your dodgy company the problem is the useless @Ofcom who are failing to take action against @ThreeUK poor and cheating practices , I should not have trusted your snake charmer customers services
