    When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down 😒 so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    @ThreeUK phones are bad, before phones we talked to each other face to face, kids played outside and we the world was our Internet. Your advert sucks *****.

    @ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

    @ThreeUKSupport Some customer complaints manager in India told me it would take a week, have been with you for 3 yrs and just signed a new 2 yr contract, if you cant keep your side of the contract then i will go to a different provider.

    Finally switched back to @VodafoneUK after suffering more than 6 months of breaking up calls and very poor connection with @ThreeUK , finally I have 5G connection wherever I go once again :) #Vodafone #Three

    @GioKinto @ThreeUK Same. Decade-long customer and I jumped ship a few months ago when my contract ran out. Roaming was the only reason to be with them.

    The fact my @ThreeUK upgrade phone has to be delivered to my address and I can't reroute it to my work address is driving me insane as most of the time no one is at my house to receive delivery and I'm at work. Looks like I'm never going to get it - time to cancel my contract?

    @ThreeUK hi I have 5G home broadband and the signal has been on 4G since yesterday. I see on the site there is an issue but it doesn’t give a timeframe on when it will be sorted can you please advise?

    @ThreeUK crap network ,crap service frustrated and I recently moment people better use EE 4G THEN using three 5g .everytime they give me stress and anxiety.

    So with the cost of living and fact I live alone and struggling to make it through each month with paying my bills and for fuel to get to work! I contact @ThreeUK see if I can potentially cut my bill down maybe a change of my plan and there only solution is pay £320.94 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport why is the insurance company who I bought through you guys just absolutely shocking. Think they pull the terms and conditions out of thin air and change them ever time I ring. DREADFUL Squaretrade Limited never again.
