@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

@ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

@DenisGrant13 @ThreeUK What I know about contracts is that the club can terminate if there is a breach of contract but in this case I dont see any breach from both sides we terminate I believe there penalties n compensations

@MalijaniAlfred @ThreeUK Sorry Alfred, the club are free to negotiate with whoever they wish in securing a sponsorship deal for the club. If there choice is 3 full in knowledge of the contempt fans hold for 3 for the stance they took against the club last March, then thats down to the club, not the fans.
