@ThreeUKSupport I’m not a customer with yourselves, I’m with EE. But, my phone has just been blacklisted by Three on the IMEI Database. Can you assist me with this ASAP? Your phone agent wasn’t able to.

@ThreeUK are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are actively bad. Their operators will tell outright lies to get me off the phone. They have dodgy ties to these debt collection agencies. They are actually crooked. Their signal coverage is shite too.

@ThreeUK Hello. Can’t get through to you to sort out a My3 login. We want to check how many minutes one of our accounts has, as home working and expected to use personal phone. But can’t log into My3. Error every time. And can’t get through on 333. Is there an issue? Thank you!

@melahart @FullyThoughtOut @ThreeUK Except when you’re in a 4G black spot in London like I am with Vodafone. Didn’t find out until I moved in! It’s fine as I connect to wifi to make calls but that sounds as though it won’t be straightforward if neither BT nor Virgin can supply a service.
