@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

@ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

@RachaelGoucher @ThreeUK Got it on EE. Give your settings a check to see if they are turned on. If there is an issue you can bet Three is already aware on the problem.

Well that government emergency alert system was a big fail. Three iPhones on the @ThreeUK network didn’t register the alert. Only phone that worked was my works Samsung on Vodafone #EmergencyAlerts #emergencyalert

@ThreeUKSupport the Emergency Alert did not go off on my phone. Checked and alert is active in my settings getting all other notifications through as well so signals fine.
