    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport For 4/5 weeks now, the "NE25 0" area has had a really poor signal. Throughout this time your site has said "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area. Our engineers are working on masts nearby". Any news?

    @ThreeUKSupport why am I still waiting 73 hours to cancel my contract due to shambolic service after my phone was stolen 28th august. Met police have the mugger in custody since November and insurance company only settled 19 December.

    @ThreeUK I had my phone stolen over a week ago and need proof of usage and proof of blacklisting for my insurance. I contacted one of your staff on live chat asking for it about a week ago & they said they would send it within 72 hours to me, but I never received it.
