Adam Croft (@Adamcroft1996) reported from Pontarddulais, Wales@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-

Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

B (@scriptwren) reported@UniversalExile @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have found them awful - left as soon as I could
