    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    @ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

    When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down 😒 so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

    @ElainaGlossop @ThreeUK There's so many poor companies out there Elaina. Look up the name of the CEO of @ThreeUKSupport and contact them. Failing that, I'd head straight to the Ombudsman. Companies who only care about collecting their money and not give 2 hoots about the customer deserve a bollocking!!

    @ThreeUK Isn't it that in #Lockdown, all networks must work efficiently 100%, What on earth, you guys made this network? Once it was pioneer now network goes on/off each 5 mins. Do compete but with thyself! Hope you understand, good network, more customers!

    @ThreeUKSupport 80 days No Data or mad slow 0.27mb area New Addington Croydon. Have 4 Three phone all same ism all other Networks work fine, so 100% Three Network Issue. go a mile down the road you get 100mb that's faster than my Sky, this proves it's not my phone. 80 Days Three

    @ThreeUK trying to cancel boost add on but it won’t let me press on the account page ? Even upgrading my phone won’t let me click on it even though it’s time I can , my partner has the same issue so it’s not a phone issue

    @ThreeUKSupport I have had no Data or 0.27mb for the last 80 day, Three refuse to tell me it will be fixed, have lied to me have laughed and mocked me, have lost count of the times customer services have hung up on me, 6 times on the trot on one occasion and I wasn't being rude.
