@ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down 😒 so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK Ah. I wondered why I wasn't able to make calls. But these days data is the primary form of contact anyway for most people! The only improvement would be some way to communicate with everyone that there is an issue when identified. Not everyone uses twitter for updates?

I'm done with @ThreeUK my mobile is the only way of 2 schools and my sons next of kin contact but yet again I have no service so I'm now worried about all my kids amd hopefully nobody gets hurt or needs there mom

@ThreeUK Feel free to fix this issue, again, sometime today, that would be great. Such a Mickey Mouse network whose coverage isn’t that great and probably won’t be much better once they join Vodafone network, if they haven’t already.

@OffitCuff @ThreeUK They will never lol. How many times have we had issues. I will never forget when nothing was working, even my three broadband was down..but still managed to take money out
