    @ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

    When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down 😒 so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Does it cost you more to provide the same service? I haven't had a pay rise in line with inflation. It's a con, a contract should be honoured. I will be purchasing future phones up front and will use a cheap rolling contract with whoever offers the best price

    @ThreeUKSupport @citrusmolasses We need 4G not 3G it’s 2021. Not the best network for data.

    @ThreeUKSupport I fixed it by remembering what I did when I had this exact same problem in August and January when trying to login to My3. Use the “forgot password” function which evades 2FA and set a simple password - it’ll work for a while then you’d have to repeat the process.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey my 5g broadband doesn't allow Amazon Echo (other echoes work only this one doesn't) to connect to its config server. Can you please raise this with your network team? As they must've shut something down. There's lots of complaints about this without resolution
