@ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

@ThreeUKSupport There are 3 of us all with Three Mobile. Please don't tell me to restart my device. Our phones will only connect to HSPA (3g) with very poor connection strength and speed. Less than 1 Mbps is almost unusable. We will go with EE next time, thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport Well I set up a gmail account ( now become a spam magnet), sent up the proofs which clearly are attachments this time and this morning I get yet another email saying they can’t open the attachments. Tell me what the hell I can do other than take this to a formal complaint?
