    @ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    @ThreeUK upgraded my contract last year and never made me aware of new charges coming into effect on May the 23rd. Useless calls to your customers centre... New case for the Ombudsman, what a huge disappointment after more than 10 years.. Appalled 😠

    So basically @ThreeUK sent me a text saying they're going to force me onto a new monthly contract. Never got an e-mail and I'm on the phone with support now and even they can't tell me what my new contract would be.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Signal is absolutely shocking. How is it possible to to go from 1 bar 5g to 1bar 4g. Regretting my move now. If I could afford it I’d snap my SIM & go back to @EE 🥺😢

    @ThreeUKSupport without a doubt the worst phone providers I've ever had to deal with. I had to buy the recurring unlimited monthly data plan since you don't have a clue what you are doing. I expect to be able to cancel it the following month with no issues. Morons
