@ThreeUK Once again, really slow speeds from our mobile internet supplied by 3. Advertised speeds of 20 mbps….actual speeds of 0.3mbps. For comparison, started my phone hotspot, also with 3. Runs at 6 mbps. I’m paying for an unusable service.

@ThreeUKSupport WS15 1NZ, Sony Xperia 1. I'm supposed to get 4G but I can barely get a 3G signal. Took me 5 mins to do a speed test yesterday, I got 2.69Mbos down and 0.16Mbps up. As I typing this I'm on H+ with 1 bar of signal. Unacceptable these days.

Isnt it funny when you move to @EE because they put endless bullshit on the TV about being “the UKs best network”, so you move to them and hardly ever have a decent signal. Back to @ThreeUK me thinks. This lot are worse than useless!! 😡😡😡

@ThreeUKSupport I'm all set up so no problems on that front but it's leading to confusion for two Three departments to give conflicting info.

@DS_2549 @ThreeUK Nah it’s on 5GHz, think it might be that my router doesn’t support WiFi 6
