@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, my folks moving somewhere a bit lacking in normal home broadband, so I'm helping them look into 4G broadband. Your website is unhelpful. If I mobile network check, it says good 4G coverage there. If I check availability for 4G Hubs, it says no. Which is it?

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been through this time and time again. Nothing improves. I’ve asked for a new signal booster but I’ve got to ring a number. I’ve told you it doesn’t work, collect the old and drop off the new.

Shockingly poor service from #three - only been a customer with them for over 20 years! Say one thing don’t do it and then call for it to be corrected and apparently I need to be charged for it! Actual joke! @ThreeUK

Is anybody who’s on Three having any issues with calls? Whether it’s outgoing or incoming there’s absolutely no sound, but it’s fine on WhatsApp and everywhere else? Lol I don’t know if it’s a problem of their side or what @ThreeUK #threenetwork #three

It really shouldn’t take 20 minutes to purchase a train ticket because of the lack of signal @ThreeUK offer you. They really are the worst network around. September can’t come quick enough.
