@ThreeUKSupport Yes she’s still experiencing the issue unfortunately, three days now. I’ve restarted her phone several times. I don’t think the issue is with the phone, this is network issue on you guys end. It’s annoying and frustrating for the poor woman. Help!

@Codepope @ThreeUK Guessing for the Data SIM? Had the same issues and gave up on registering. It used to be that if you were on mobile data you could just check, but no longer.

@ThreeUK shocking. A 75yr old can't cancel her data sim because she don't know her username and password. She has memory problems, and shop, call and webchat will not cancel. On chat now and shocking
