    @ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down 😒 so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK phones are bad, before phones we talked to each other face to face, kids played outside and we the world was our Internet. Your advert sucks *****.

    @ThreeUK your network is a total disgrace. Numerous times a day it goes down. Your not a fit provider. Tie people into a contact then fail to deliver. Utter garbage a disgusting service

    @OwenTay_ @ThreeUK its was a phone contract, and trust me I know haha I had this exact problem with my last phone and I only paid for the sim, but with three its different now and you still pay the full amount which is crazy. now im locked into another **** contract that I can't get out of

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK the UK worst network, very unreliable to a level that affects our quality of life, let down when the network coverage needed the most & complaints filed but never acknowledged. We will terminate all our household contracts as we had enough!
