    @ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

    @ThreeUK phones are bad, before phones we talked to each other face to face, kids played outside and we the world was our Internet. Your advert sucks *****.

    When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down 😒 so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Hu2 8be. 4g will not work. I just get a H+ and a third of the signal. It's becoming frustrating how often this is happening

    @ThreeUKSupport just been sent to a link for the live chat which is currently unavailable. Please can somebody contact me to get my account cancelled as the item has been tracked as returned and you still will not cancel this account

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The WORST customer service. Long standing customers. Huawei mobile router with 2yrs warranty from 3, broken. Huawei have given Auth for 3 to replace. And 3 won't do it and tell me I had take up with OFCOM!

    @ThreeUKSupport A refund for monies taken after I had ended my contract. Again I have been assured that the issues around refunding it have been sorted and am waiting the obligatory 3-5 working days for the refund.. about the 8th time I've been told this

    @ChelseaFC @ThreeUK But I always think it's because of my disabilities. That leaves me confused & sad even. But I'm also just trying to reach out but still spread Epilepsy Awareness. I would, but I'm nervous of how people will react. I want to treat others the way >>
