@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

@ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

I’ve had to take a contract with @SkyUK mobile because after being with @ThreeUK for 16 years, there’s no way they’ll price match the deal with sky. Just pure greed from Three. You need to treat loyal customers better.

@davelloyd1980 @ThreeUKSupport The only thing that stops me is the landline provider (Virgin Media) provides even worst customer service. Also this is the first time I've really had issue with them, and I'm locked in on a contract

@JarlRobinKyrie @ThreeUKSupport We’ve gone with TalkTalk (they offer fibre bb) just waiting for them to come out. We were with Virgin but couldn’t afford it so thought we’d save going with Three, worst decision we made. Three are cancelling free of charge, worth asking if it keeps happening?

@JarlRobinKyrie @ThreeUKSupport Sorry to jump on to your tweet but we’ve had exactly the same problem for 9 weeks now. Great signal then all of a sudden it dropped and we’ve just had excuse after excuse from them. My advice, change provider asap because they’ll do absolutely nothing to fix it

@ThreeUKSupport phoned up to get my pac code as the internet is poor to be kept on the phone for over 30 minutes talking to India, said I was a loyal customer and the network hasn't been good he could do me a deal then offered me £0.54p off my bill? Just rubbish customer service

@ThreeUK can you explain how your data coverage and network are so abhorrently bad that I can’t even get any internet access in the middle of Weston?!!? I’m screwed if I need an uber, access to my banking! I’m literally hot spotting to write this bloody tweet!
