@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

@ThreeUKSupport Unlimited package...your most expensive. I held up my end of the contract but 3 hasn't, so I've been missold this contract. I have spent hours trying to sort this out but your agents lie to customers or simply cut them off. Totally unacceptable customer service!

@ThreeUKSupport From O2 to 3, new contract. You will receive a £250 cashback email after 45 days and payment of 1st bill. Nothing!Not one agent could tell me why. Customer service told me definitely today by end of business - LIES. Wait 5 working days so we can fob you off a bit longer. ENOUGH!!

Hi @ThreeUK , I walked into one of your outlets in Hull for a sim contract on the 27th of August 2022 to commence immediately and I was given a bad SIM card that never worked at all till date. Will I be billed for the service you never provided? Kindly help look into this
