    @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @EE I have a friend who lives in Uplands area of Swansea, complains about signal in his flat, not just his flat that has issues with signal but other friends too, I visited a number of times, find similar issues with signal SA2 0QA & SA2 0QB

    Hi @ThreeUK I bought a new phone on contract from you 2 weeks ago and I have not been able to make calls off of it or use mobile data. Your staff in store have not been helpful at all. Can you please help?.

    @Xavier233 @EE @ThreeUK I moved from @ThreeUK to @VodafoneUK best decision ive made. Even in the centre of Cardiff i could not get a signal with 3.

    @artee48 @ThreeUKSupport Nope but I've made sure that the building material for my house is made out of straw so it doesn't effect the signal like it does in hospitals

    I'm absolutely furious with the customer service or lack thereof from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport today. I've been a customer for a long time but today I'm cancelling my contract 😡😡😡

    @carsey1961 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK They won't actually do anything though. You'll get a green ok box in a few days time, then a few days after that back to the issue identified message. It's a never ending loop.

    @whiterockwales Hi Lawrence. Just read your column in today’s @WalesOnline SWEP. I totally concur! I live in Winch Wen SA1 and work in Llansamlet SA7, and for Wales’ second city, the mobile phone/data signal is awful! I’m with @ThreeUK and the service is so poor! 🤬🤬🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

    @ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

    @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

    So ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?

    @ThreeUKSupport ever since you partner up with Vodafone my 5G & signal has been horrendous roll on September and I am gone. I’ve been with you guys for 14 years.

    So @ThreeUK tell me do you usually ignore people's request to cancel the Paramount Plus add on. I cancelled when I got an email about paying for it.....guess what, you've charged me for it. Also cancelled it again today, no confirmation email or text. Poor form

    Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!
