    I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

    @kpcassell419 @ThreeUKSupport I have to say in France Three force you on to a network called Bouygues. A piece of damp string works better. So I force the phone onto a different network then it’s fine.

    @DTweetsStuff @EE I've already tried to cancel as I can get it right now from @ThreeUK And cheaper but EE told me I have to wait and refuse the phone from dpd to cancel the order. It's crazy.

    @JamieVaide @EE @ThreeUK It's been bad for past couple of seasons. Literally impossible to access any websites or social media whilst within half a mile of the ground

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusted with three- had ongoing issues since January, been constantly told different stories as why we not getting service.. having to buy shed loads of data from our own phone company’s to compensate and now can’t even watch Netflix - this needs sorting.

    @ThreeUKSupport 537kbps that's still 0.5mb per second connection, not 4.25! You are throttling and bottlenecking everything! I used to get 20+mb years ago with 3G! I never get more than 1 or 2 mbps for the last two years. I hate you & hate your internet speeds. I hope you go bankrupt 🤮😡 @ofcom

    @ThreeUK I've been scammed by a company who pick only on three customers and take £40 from your bill without even going on to anything. Three wont sort this out, I've been in a queue today waiting for customer services since 10.21am it's now 2.34pm and I'm still 13th!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. That has been the problem. Each time I've been told a credit has been applied, it hasn't (this will be the 4th time). Problem is when you have to wait for the next bill to see if it's actually been applied this time, if it isn't, it can't be applied until the next bill..
