    @ThreeUKSupport Still pe217rz still the same times it’s down. 8:30-15:30 really fed up with it now. After being told repairs have been finished it’s just getting silly now. Was told work was being done on both 3G and 4g at the same time which is baffling

    Shock still no @ThreeUKSupport service still! spoke with them last week assured me work was finished in my area! Guess not, who’ve authorised working on both the 3G and 4g masts honestly unbelievable

    @ThreeUKSupport Bought a 2nd phone from 3 for my girlfriend, she attempted to have her number (which is with 3) transferred over and she keeps getting to different information and when they don't seem to understand issue they have cut her off, i attempted myself today and same thing happened

    @TeaKayB @ThreeUK Try both sims at one location in the same box. Run speed tests and both should be the same because they are on the same network. If not then further investigation to find out why.
