3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Taylor✌️ (@JulieOutrageous) reported@KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there
-
graham k roberts (@k_n_gk1970) reported@ThreeUK dont bother with this company, if you have a device plan, if you set up agreements, you pay the agreement an dthe this months device plan online in one go, you still fail the agreement somehow and still owe last months bill, clown company, i was with them since 2008 gonna leave
-
ojuelegba beyoncé (@mideolabanji) reported.@ThreeUK collecting £17 from me every month for terrible “unlimited” service that requires me to revert to wifi every time is crazy. i can’t wait for my contract with you lot to be over.
-
zaf (@zaffyzak) reportedWow just when I thought Giffgaff had the worst network signal, @ThreeUK came to dethrone them. Genuinely what ******** is wrong with you all
-
🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@Threeuk can barely load up my bus ticket in the city centre never mind doubling the price of the Caffè Nero reward and expecting that to load up in time to purchase. If only companies focused on improving their services before taking away the perks.
-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
-
Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedB43 Birmimgham Can you sort out bad internet connection pleaze? @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK ....................... @O2 is fine.
-
jamesshawvideo (@jamesshawvideo) reportedHey @ThreeUK - why is your mobile home broadband so consistent awful? I’ll be removing my direct debit and sending your hub back the shop. You cannot charge people for such a poor service.
-
Dave Ball (@dazbel74) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I bought a £10 SIM card from @asda that comes with 40GB data and unlimited calls and texts for the first month. SIM was activated but no data or calls. Chatted online with a Three agent and apparently it's not a Three issue, it's an ASDA issue. How?
