    @ThreeUKSupport 1/ 2 ordered an iPhone 11 in November, was told it was to be delivered on the 16th of December, obviously didn't receive it. i have since then been constantly ringing and talking on chats with three support and have received absolutely no help

    @ThreeUKSupport No point it's the same thing over and over... Post code model etc etc.... Then the word congestion. I have been with three for around 11yrs..Never had any issues until 2yrs ago. And now it's constantly bad. And always the same thing as above.

    @ThreeUKSupport 3 is worst network operator. Every month charging £75 without signal. I have to get out from my house to receive or make a phone call. 4 mins song take 25-30 minutes to listen. I been in store many times. Answer absolutely rubbish. " we are spending 4 billion pounds maintenance.

    @ThreeUK terrible service the last few weeks with three on Friday I spoke to somebody who said they was sending me a new simcard to sort the constant network loss but thar my current SIM would still work and then yesterday morning I woke up to find my number disconnected!!
