    Bad: @ThreeUK need a new sim. Wait 10 days. Doesn’t arrive. Call again. New sim arrives. Use it. Doesn’t work. Try and register sim (shouldn’t need to) click submit and sent to a page about holidays. No idea if it worked. Missed half a days work. Poor.

    @OllyHarperHD @Huawei @ThreeUK I have same router and same problem, kinda annoyed I tried to cancel my homefi several months ago as I was out of contract they recommended the B535 and said to try it and if it doesn’t work cancel - I tested it and it was fine. And it’s been fine for several months

    I went on @ThreeUK live chat and had the worst experience yet again. I wanted to give feedback on the huge 250% price rise for PAYG and complain about service in my area as there are issues here. The complaints for didn't work so live chat to tell them. 1/

    Took a SIM from @ThreeUK as they’ve been marketing it everywhere. Absolutely pathetic service - No network in underground tubes, carrier making calls go to my voice mail, and app seems buggy. Waiting to go to @VodafoneUK or @TelefonicaUK soon.
