    @ThreeUKSupport It’s called sharp business practice. It’s all about making things difficult for the customer in the hope they won’t bother for the sake of a few quid! It’s the reason I voted with my feet and left Three for another network. It wasn’t super easy and was a theft my valuable time!

    Right on time @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the usual daily turn off of data services. It’s like clockwork. You’re a absolute joke of a company. Can no longer even provide the 0.65mbs service! Suppose turning it completely off makes no difference.

    @ThreeUK genuinely the worst Internet provider out there, DO NOT USE. No Internet for three weeks, refuse to say when it will be fixed, nominal amount off the bill (considering travelling to work costs and mobile data we are using) refuse to drop cancellation fee. Disgrace.

    @ThreeUKSupport Our 5g broadband has been not working properly for last two days. You have constant problems with your 5g broadband, just look at trustpilot review. No issues on mobile which is also 3. How do I request a refund as the broadband is clearly not fit for purpose.

    Seem to have moved to a @ThreeUK dead spot. Random signal, more off than on. Trying to get support has been…difficult. Phone number just directs you online, live chat gives the phone no who will phone back in 72 hrs (if they can get through) Not impressed, might move network
