    Anyone on @ThreeUK notice the 4G is absolute pony when it comes to data? I can have full signal and literally nothing will load. Getting very frustrating

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s an Apple function that is no longer done due to being banned. But it is Threes network the phone is locked to. Three are preventing me from using the phone on another network and making sure I am locked in.

    @ThreeUK bad experience trying to get an old phone unlocked from Three. I’m struggling to get proof of purchase and Three insist that it is needed. Phone locking was banned by ofcom due to the anti competitive nature of it. But Three still make it very hard to get it unlocked.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been told by Three this is due to uk law / trading standards but what law even is that? Network locking of phones is now banned so why is it so hard to get them Unlocked? I see Three keeping the phone locked to their network as anti competitive.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi mark. It seems to be everywhere. Signal could be 1 bar or full strength, but web pages or mail just won’t load (or take very long to load!) 3G and 5G seem fine, so it’s just the 4G really

    @ThreeUKSupport Have chatted with them 20 times and issue not resolved. Porting was arranged 10 days ago and should have happened on 12/7, main business line is dead. Customer support is useless and I need this issue resolved now.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s clearly not true though! There has never been a decent signal in that part of the town. If there had been access issues for a number of years you would have either sorted it or changed location by now.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, just joined your network after being with EE/Orange 20 years. Got the iPhone 13 and making calls are impossible. Both ends of the call keep breaking up plus my internet runs really slow at times. Any ideas how to fix this?

    @ThreeUKSupport That was a waste of time. Each person said couldn’t do anything, then put me through to someone who may be able to. But didn’t. Also got spun the old we can’t access private land to fix it. Coverage has been awful for years! Instead of 1 contract will cancel all 4 in dec now.
