  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

  • Ben_Murray
Ben Murray (@Ben_Murray) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

  • chrissydarling
Chrissy Darling (@chrissydarling) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUK Hi, I was charged for a SIM card I never had and the records show I never used. Your complaints department are refusing to refund my money. They said I never cancelled within 14 days. I have told them I never had the contract in the first place! Disgraceful!

  • mullinger
Andrew Mullinger (@mullinger) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Ie the credit file record. They said they don’t believe it was fraud but why would I lie?! I’ve contacted Robert your CEO and he’s looking into it for me. Afraid customer protection team didn’t do well :(

  • r_condy
Ryan (@r_condy) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England

@three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

  • Jenny_Chu_
Jenny Chu (@Jenny_Chu_) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport 5g service out for 48 hours and counting in EC1 when will this get fixed? This is unacceptable, I’ve never had an outage this long before. Will you be crediting my account for the disruption?

  • stevekennedyuk
Steve Karmeinsky (@stevekennedyuk) reported from Camden Town, England

Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

  • djprofile
dj profile (@djprofile) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUK network has disappointing customer not happy with the way I've been treated 😡🤬

  • Jonny_Milmer
Jonny_Milmer (@Jonny_Milmer) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUK why is your network in London so terrible these days? Full signal, 4G - no internet. I have forgotten the last time I was able to make a successful cellular call whilst in central London. How the mighty have fallen!

  • TallSteveTV1
Tall Steve TV (@TallSteveTV1) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks

  • sarezale
Ernesto Sarezale (@sarezale) reported from Islington, England

Mifi from @ThreeUK not working at all for he at the moment at N19 - getting 0.27 Mbps if working at all - this is denial of service - will I be billed this month?

  • stormhasgone
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a £35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesn’t make up for 2 years of intermittent service

  • leaaCastle
♡leah (@leaaCastle) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah you guys confirmed it yesterday but payment was taken today. And the service not working till late September. 🙄 I'm leaving you guys soz

  • JustKellyC

  • Hempomatt
Matty (@Hempomatt) reported from Hackney, England

@Just_Zills @JeffreyDeontay Will have to watch later mate. I’m with @ThreeUK and evidently their network coverage is awful

  • Holloway_Zoo
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport to be fobbing off their customers with lame excuses and not fixing the issue. I pay for two contracts and expect the service I pay for.

  • leaaCastle
♡leah (@leaaCastle) reported from Islington, England

My advice for today would be. Never get a phone contract with @ThreeUK

  • MrJGTodd
James Todd (@MrJGTodd) reported from London, England

@magicalmouse @ThreeUKSupport @proudly_ed My 5G router refuses to connect to the internet in London and there's a queue to visit your service status webpage (which says there's no issue) - are you sure you're not aware of anything?!

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.

  • Legmo_2
    Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported

@ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

  • Legmo_2
    Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported

@ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.

  • Tolulorps
    Godwin Tolulope Anthony (@Tolulorps) reported

@ChelseaFCW @ThreeUK Sio should be the one to join the attack from the midfield 3. Cuthbert has no business in the attack. Also, our press out of possession is horrible. Why are our wingers dropping deep into the midfield and the midfielders pushing up? They get past this setup easily.

  • KdjHxx
    Kirby (@KdjHxx) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport my mobile data is not working all day & I have no signal. What is going on?

  • AngeloOfficial

Anyone else having problems with the Three+ app? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Login failures on the app and browser. Both biometric and direct input.

  • BambieBambini
    Kitty Coco (@BambieBambini) reported

@ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

  • stevejh1973
    Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported

@ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!
