    @ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 5G coverage very poor around Provost Estate (N1 London). Please can you look into it? Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!

    @virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

    @ThreeUK I recently switched to three after mind blowing offers from customer care executive. Internet connection on and off for almost one week and not even getting 3G speed from 5G hub. Will wait for 2 more days, if it is same i will think of disconnection.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

    @ThreeUK How about Three UK Network don’t lie to there customers about there Network Connectivity It’s very laughable I pay £67 per month for both voice and 4 or 5G in Harrow area!!! First and foremost STOP lying to your customers and give them what they pay for honestly. We want SPEED!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s across all my apps (eg BBC sounds) so not just Safari. Also happens in parallel on my husband’s phone - really seems to be a network issue.
