    @ThreeUK you guys need to get a better customer service team. Why am I having to pay for a service that is not being used. A mistake that @ThreeUK did yet nobody knows how to solve the problem or even admiring fault.

    @three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

    The audacity of these guys that handles @ThreeUK customer service call centres irks me. Talk over you like they’re the one making the payment for you, ridiculous company and service. Utmost disregard of customer value and retention.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage.But come n see urself

    @ThreeUK Painful company to deal with - you have upgraded my mums contract over a year ago and charged her for both contracts saying she had to cancel the old contract despite it being done in store - now every call to customer services the call drops #poorservice #fraudulent

    @ThreeUK want to charge me the £53 early cancel fee to get out of contract worth £300 over 2yrs to move to contract worth £1150. Won’t waive the fee. Result I will wait 6 months and probably move to another network. #mobiles

    @ThreeUKSupport Have already left Three. Took nearly 3 hours & 2 phone calls + visit to the Three shop (told me 3 network was down!) to get PAC. I've been 3 customer for many years but swingeing price hike is a kick in the teeth for loyalty. Rejected your exorbitant charges & enforced contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Never had the consistent & promised 4g service since 2 months into my contract. Downhill from there. Having worked in the industy & Three HQ for many years in the past,I know the Network, & poorly performing signals when I see it. Plus I know l am being fobbed off by the CC

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not going to do that, I've wasted enough time already. Maybe some other company will actually want to keep me as a customer, I'm actively trying to take up a new contract here and finding it impossible to make sense of the information provided.

    @ThreeUK Customer service has to be the worst ever. People on the phone telling me 1 thing people on live chat totally telling me I was told loads of lies. I always have a problem when my bill is generated absolutely shocking off com here I come definitely won’t be renewing

    Have just spent an hour with @ThreeUKSupport. They've cut me off twice, sent an email with a link to a page which contradicts the information in the email and failed to understand the issue at all. It was like dealing with a spamming, scamming call centre.
