Rod Pascoe (@RodPascoe) reported@ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.

Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported£15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. Cornish Darren Fewins (@Darren_Fewins) reportedOne of the reasons I will never use @ThreeUK is because as a non-customer, they call me frequently to irritate me about its network. Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
