    @ThreeUKSupport I did this all earlier with your customer support and was told I had two choices, wait until 09/21 or buy out my contract. Sooo again paying for something that doesn’t work.

    Couldn’t agree more! @ThreeUK seem to play tricks to bend the rules & get away with it all. Constant bad signal, lack of customer service & communication, lying about reductions! I’ll be leaving at the end of my contract @ThreeUKSupport

    Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi so I got through but they couldn't tell me what the problem was or how to fix it but there is some sort of problem in my area. I've been refunded 1 months service but without a resolution I will most likely have to switch to someone else.

    @ThreeUKSupport I would bet my life on it that you can’t help! This has been ongoing for over 2 months! There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

    @kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a mobile data sim for my son that expires on 4th June . I have tried to cancel it but I am told I need to give 30days notice . Why was the letter not sent out 30days before the end of my contract . 😔

    I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

    @scook2003 @ThreeUKSupport @jadesharp1992 It’s frustrating there’s still now Apple Watch support after all this time but they do have the best 5G network out there so I won’t grumble too much, I can get by with the Wi-fi version of the watch

    Been with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup for 12+ years, bought numerous family/friends to Vodafone, had multiple lines and broadband. On Tuesday I called to upgrade but the best tariff offered was nowhere near @ThreeUK. Disappointed to be leaving w/such poor offer from retentions.

    @Ipunchedalion @tgcalabaca @ThreeUK There are a few providers that remain untouched, but yeah… i guess it’s a matter of time that they all reintroduce roaming charges. Three network is really poor in UK and its main attractive was the ‘feel at home’,which they are now stopping, so… no motivation to stay with them
