Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. Your complaints department are refusing to refund my money. They said I never cancelled within 14 days. I have told them I never had the contract in the first place! Disgraceful!

I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.
