@MontyTweeet @ThreeUK Unlimited everything. £20 a month. Altho internet connection is so shit i have to switch 4g off every now and then to use it. And compared to virgin’s 4G. It’s sooooooooo much slower.

@ThreeUKSupport Router (5G home broadband) -- yes, restarted several time. I work in networking, I've done the basics. The connection is solid from computer to router and the router is seeing a 5G network but that 5G network doesn't seem to have outbound connectivity.

@ThreeUKSupport Online checker says "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area We’re sorry for any disruption you experience. Our engineers are working on masts nearby, which means the rest of our network is handling more traffic than usual. Updates on our work will be posted here..."

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim. After being a 3 customer for more years than I should have been, I have learnt all the tricks. All devices hard reboot, on iPhone, reset network connections, tried just 3g, 4g, & 5g - nothing works. The issue is your signal. Too many customers not & enough capacity.
