priceless...call eventually answered by @ThreeUK to be told they have found a ‘significant piece of information on my account’ and have placed me on hold again. All I want to do is cancel my account
-
Matt Capon (@MattLCapon) reported from Camberwell, England
@ThreeUKSupport It was the status of a contract. Given how it all panned out I'm going to enter into the complaints process as it's really unacceptable especially considering the time I've been a customer.
-
Sarah Rose (@sarahjrose) reported from Croydon, England
Maybe @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport are down as well as their network can't think why else they'd ignore me... 🤔
-
Aanteater_ (@aanteater_) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

bog off tories (@robbie_wallace) reported from Hackney, England
@ThreeUKSupport Don’t mean to bang on here but now I don’t even get signal in dalston. Would really prefer that you took care of existing customers and fixed existing issues before moving onto new projects. No point in me having data in my plan that I can’t use
-
Wallis Day (@wallisday) reported from Lambeth, England

-
Miserable Kingston (@miserablekings) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England
@ThreeUKSupport @aanteater_ I’ll be doing the same. The service is abysmal in this area. Today it’s unusable, again. Generic promises of 5G are irrelevant when the basics are broken.
-
David Moritz (@davidmoritz) reported from Camberwell, England
In the centre of London and have another day of terrible coverage from @ThreeUK.
-
KeplerNiko (@keplerniko) reported from City of London, England
@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.
-
Barry (@uksov) reported from Camberwell, England
@ThreeUKSupport why is your 4G so bad in central London, London Bridge and St Pancras area I have to drop the phone to 3G to get any data, you promote 5G, but you haven’t mastered the basics yet, when is this going to be sorted #timetoswitch
-
Zoe. (@zoeycol) reported from London, England
@amelia_jk @ThreeUK Honestly it’s ridiculous how bad they are! Yet keep signing back up with them
-
Antonio de la Fe (@antoniodelafe) reported from Stratford, England
@Budd5nT @ThreeUKSupport I agree! We’re paying for a service that doesn’t work and it can’t be correct the service works fine.

-
Camilo Rodríguez (@CamiloGuezRodri) reported
@gcluley @TutanotaTeam Had I been a paying tutanota customer affected by ThreeUK's IMO deliberate suppression of encrypted communications, I would've been disappointed with tutanota's competence to uphold my right as paying user. Had I been a corporate customer, I would've dropped them right there.
