charlotte (@charkellyalex) reported from West Molesey, England
@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues in the KT12 / kt13 area as places I usually have signal I now have no service
-
Ben Stewart (@barbicanben) reported from Merton, England
I've done it - after years of being on the @ThreeUK network I've just ordered a SIM from @EcotalkMobile and will port my number as soon as it arrives. Cheaper than my old Three tariff, good for the environment, and the data speeds can't be any worse than Three!
-
Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, England
@ThreeUK @emmahayes1 just to clarify, @ThreeUK itself earned £2.4 billion last year, your parent company earned £28b. Still seems like enough to properly invest in + support women’s football rather than trying to exploit these athletes’ success for free by using hamfisted ambush marketing tactics.
-
Dom Bryan (@Dom_Bryan) reported from Stratford, England
Hello @ThreeUKSupport can someone give me some insight into wtf is going on please
-
Amel (@AmelTalli) reported from Islington, England
All my calls have been diverted to the India’s teams of @ThreeUK and still use the same lines “give me 2 hrs, and then it’ll be fixed” or “24hrs and it will be done” “there’s maintenance issues”
-
Paul N (@londonpommie) reported from London, England
@ThreeUKSupport Never in the 13 odd years I've been a customer!
-
Jason White (@JasonWhite09) reported from Hammersmith, England
@JakeFCohen @ThreeUK Totally agree and wouldn’t want to see this as a trend when women’s football is in such an exciting period of potential commercial growth. It only became weird when you started getting bizarre clap backs from a phone network...
-
unhappy_george (@george_hut) reported from Islington, England
@ThreeUK full signal but nothing is loading in #FinsburyPark. No way to find which bus to take. Calling 333, verified and asked be verified again. Asking me my bank about no. No internet to visit my app. Just asking about the signal in the area. They couldn’t help me and hang up.
-
Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London, England
I’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones
-
Paul Clayton (@Claytoncast) reported from Camberwell, England
Having webchatted and e mailed their CEO David Dyson over a week ago @ThreeUKSupport response to my problem is to send another web chat link by text message. Customer service this is not! #hiwbadarethreeuk
-
LeFred (@fredheymans) reported from Camden Town, England
@ThreeUK when will you sort out reception/ coverage in Hampstead. Everything from Rosslyn Hill NW3 to South End Green is basically a dead zone for Three reception and it’s been like this as long as I remember. Fix it please.
-
Jerry Daykin (@jdaykin) reported from London, England
@ThreeUK @NinaWest @AttitudeMag I just wish you had supported me with half decent signal during the parade itself 😜 but keep up the good work #Pride wise!
-
Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Hammersmith, England
@Leigh_Moore @ThreeUK Leigh, the problem with this particular campaign is that its parasitic marketing trying to exploit the success and hard work of the @Lionesses for the company’s own benefit and providing no meaningful contribution to the athletes or the sport
-
mary mandefield (@mandefieldx) reported from Lambeth, England
Thank you @ThreeUKSupport for fully keeping me waiting for LONG. Trying to cancel a sim after your customer advisors told me.inhave dual sim when i do not
-
Vanessa. (@Vanessssaxo) reported from London, England
@ThreeUK I don’t pay my bill every month to have shit connection fix up thank u.
-
Carroll (@n0x00) reported from Hammersmith, England
@ThreeUK your 4G network has been a piece of shit for about a while now. Thanks for that.
-
Malcolm Saunders (@Malcy7) reported from London, England
@ThreeUK hi, can you give me any information regarding the coverage in the Uk postcode DA17 area, as recently the reception has been awful. Thanks.
-
Amel (@AmelTalli) reported from Islington, England
I’ve been offered £5 then £10 and now gone to £20 off my usual bill. Yet I still have no service. I’ve called @ThreeUK , and used the chat live both been very unhelpful. All these promises made just to get ride of me. This is sly customer service
-
Amel (@AmelTalli) reported from Islington, England
Really annoyed at @ThreeUK for three days now I have had no service. Unable to make calls or text. Endless promises that it will be fixed and dealt with and nothing has happened.
-
Paul Clayton (@Claytoncast) reported from Bromley, England
So the good thing is that despite webchat and @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK being dreadful they have just sent an automated text as to when my contract ends. If ever there was a hint to move service provider, that was it.

Another Loancharge victim (@Develop96212016) reported

-
𝘑𝘢𝘤𝘰𝘣 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘥 (@jacobstaffordxo) reported
@KrisKerr7 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I would get off the network at any chance you get, I am getting off the network as soon as my contract is up and going to different network
-
👑Anna🇪🇺💙 (@mrsspanner) reported
@EE I do feel really sorry for you SM folks today, Gavin, but you must realise that having been promised this wouldn’t happen, an awful lot of people are going to be very cross? If @ThreeUK doesn’t introduce EU roaming you guys are going to lose a LOT of customers.
-
Peter russell (@Pedro_jock) reported
@ThreeUK Why oh why do I stick with three When my coverage is 4g free. Even trying to tweet this has been painful due to terrible coverage in NG2 postcode.
-
Chris Hollands (@Ipunchedalion) reported
@ThreeUKSupport Hi, an update on this: I got my new SIM, it’s now activated so that’s fine. I get to my karate gym where I had signal problems before… same issues. I still have to manually switch to 3G to get anything to work. That’s never been an issue before, just started recently
-
Richard Whiting (@RichWhiting) reported
@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK The dam is broken. No mobile network is going to offer more than it needs to and I’d expect every network to follow suit - sometimes the market is about offering the minimum you can get away with.
-
The Commuter (@Commuter29) reported
@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Just a shame that with 3 you never get a decent signal in the UK!
-
Oliver Gunnell (@OliverGunnell) reported
@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Better signal on EE though, even more so in UK rural locations as part of their readiness to take over the Emergency services network.
-
Tiggeh 🏴 (@djtiggeh) reported
@ThreeUK yep, one was after I kept on going about it all day and the other was for the eng sco game which I also mentioned. Certainly going the right way with the cheeky response to lose a valued Three customer after 15+ years!
