Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Worcester Park and nearby locations:
-
Chris von Eitzen (@digitaldownfall) reported from Merton, EnglandSo, @ThreeUK has been ‘testing’ eSIM support for more than two years and has yet to roll it out. Insane. Maybe sometime in 2142…
-
Mitch (@Coastermitch) reported from Hammersmith, EnglandSo the @ThreeUKSupport network is down in Hammersmith and my employer insists on 2FA via SMS for me to access the corporate network. Guess it's an early finish for me..!
-
Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, England@colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.
-
chris crowley (@SW19lunchie) reported from Merton, EnglandStill no phone delivered, no advice and impossible to contact @ThreeUK as live chat continues to be down - oh but they’re charging me anyway #mobile #CustomerService #CustomerExperience
-
James Barnham (@JWBarnham) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.
-
Ranjan Mallya (@RanjanMallya) reported from Croydon, England@ThreeUK This is the twelfth time I am calling to resolve the problem. A problem which is due to the processing error at your end!
-
Olanrewaju Owode ❁ (@owodeone) reported from Croydon, England@ThreeUK you've been owing me £79 close to a month now. I've called your support team without resolution. Moving to three was a mistake, should have tried @EE
-
Ammar Haj Ahmad (@AmmarHajAhmad) reported from Hammersmith, England@ThreeUKSupport Can you provide a solution please?
-
lauren (@wanderlaurst) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandAbsolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.
-
Roses Finds (@Roses_Finds) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUK I will be contacting the ombudsman about the disgraceful lack of customer service! I can’t cancel my contract because you can solve and refund the over payments you have taken from my bank account
-
Don Morgan (@donmorgan007) reported from Leatherhead, England@ThreeUK - been trying to get resolution to a relatively simple issue for 3-4. Months. No mobile service. No handset. You are happy to keep taking my money & provide no help. Web chat & call centre totally useless. How do I contact a grown up with some authority & sense?
-
Julie Farrell (@farjulie) reported from Croydon, EnglandMy friend and her husband have had no network for a week can you be off assistant please @ThreeUK
-
Ranjan Mallya (@RanjanMallya) reported from Croydon, EnglandDear @ThreeUK There is a problem that needs to be resolved with regards to my plan. Everytime I speak and get transferred (saying there is no much of a wait) to the billing team, there is no response. What is the problem?
-
Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandSeems @ThreeUK is down, unable to make calls
-
Craigy B (@CraigyBEsq) reported from Wandsworth, England@Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again
-
Darren Handley (@DarrenHandley8) reported from Hammersmith, England@alexxweller @ThreeUK I have used O2 for years decent service and prices
-
Guy Armitage (@guyarmitage) reported from Lambeth, England. @ThreeUK do your agents have access to unencrypted passwords for your customers? One of them just asked for our password over the phone (which in itself is really bad practice) then on answering with a temporary password, said it wasn't what he had on record.
-
Chemmy Alcott OLY (@ChemmySki) reported from Richmond, England@ThreeUK terrible customer service and no loyalty to remaining customers 😡😡
-
alittlePsYco (@andrelereveur) reported from Hammersmith, England@ThreeUK it is absurd to pay for such an expensive service and still not having the proper return is unacceptable. I want to cancel my plan. I really do. Been having issues since NOVEMBER
-
Paxton Road 180🎯 (@PaxtonRoadUpper) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUK please can someone get in contact please rather than you customer service team saying conflicting things every day and hanging up before the problem can get resolved? Thanks

-
Me (@nickyboy1886) reportedSo ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
-
Craig 🧣 (@cmckopite1983) reportedTruly awful company to be with @ThreeUKSupport can't wait to leave.

-
Tanzanian Terrier 🇬🇧🇹🇿🇺🇦🇮🇱 (@petronious) reportedYears ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞
-
Hannah Penn (@Hannah_Penn) reported@threeuk Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.
-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
loulitagill (@loulitagill) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport now you want to charge me £13.92 for a service I wasn’t even using during the 16-20 May when I had no mobile WiFi installed because you kept sending me packages with missing equipment. Worst experience with a company ever!
