Guy Armitage (@guyarmitage) reported from Lambeth, England. @ThreeUK do your agents have access to unencrypted passwords for your customers? One of them just asked for our password over the phone (which in itself is really bad practice) then on answering with a temporary password, said it wasn't what he had on record.

Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
