@ThreeUKSupport The CR2 postcode covers quite a large area. Where I am, the coverage map says 4G is available when in fact it is not and never has been. Your map is misleading at best.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport a major reason I kept my contract with you last time around was access to the London underground wifi via @virginmedia. Now I get signal in 1/12 central London stations. My contract ends in 4 months, if you don't fix this asap I will be leaving. Just FYI.

@ThreeUK Why your signal is getting worse in many places? For instance, when I'm watching Football at Hull City, it's impossible to check the latest scores elsewhere on the app, because nothing refreshes. Apart from that, my signal at home is also nowhere near as good as it was.
