    Been a weekend of internet hell. Broadband’s broken. @ThreeUK 4G was really patchy to the point there was barely any connection. Still having problems. Please sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But I’m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

    @ThreeUK your app has a broken feature - paying bills. My partner has same issues, card payment went wrong. Not clear what problem is. Had to call you b4. Please come to our house, to collect payment. I’ll give you our address. Deleting app. Please let me know when it works.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I only get 2mbps on 3G (and 0mbps on 4G) in Preston station. The station and city centre are dead. Why is the signal nonexistent? I pay £50 a month for a dribble of 3G when other companies are now handing out super fast 5G. Can I cancel my contract?

    Upgrading to a new phone from @ThreeUK online has been the worst experience of my life 🙃 DPD tracking tells me they’re sending the parcel back to three (with 0 delivery attempt) and three tells me it’s on it’s way and it’ll be here by 6pm. Guess we’ll see if it arrives late 🙄
