@ThreeUK I recently switched to three after mind blowing offers from customer care executive. Internet connection on and off for almost one week and not even getting 3G speed from 5G hub. Will wait for 2 more days, if it is same i will think of disconnection.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 5G coverage very poor around Provost Estate (N1 London). Please can you look into it? Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!

@ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

Companies who only care about collecting their money and not give 2 hoots about the customer deserve a bollocking!!

@ThreeUKSupport Rubbish that down detector link has all the comments and the locations with the link. Stop with the leasing about don’t pretend you don’t know all the issues. I don’t know anyone happy . They can’t even get decent 3G . Post code example SS8 but it’s nationwide .

Advice - never choose 3 mobile... shocking just how bad the service is.. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport , no internet all day on home 4g or mobile phones.. how can anyone work from home or do school work - such poor service - question is when can i cancel?!

@ThreeUKSupport You're missing the point. If I phone you, I'll tell you my memorable word as I know I'm speaking to 3. If you phone me, I have no way to verify it's really 3 - it could be a scammer. It's very bad practice to ask people to give info like this when they can't verify who you are.

@ThreeUKSupport I have had no Data or 0.27mb for the last 80 day, Three refuse to tell me it will be fixed, have lied to me have laughed and mocked me, have lost count of the times customer services have hung up on me, 6 times on the trot on one occasion and I wasn't being rude.

@ThreeUKSupport Today I’m seem to be restricted from entering gambling websites although my filters are all off. On top of which I can’t get the live web chat to work to sort this out. The website is a mess too by the way, really difficult to track anything down.
