@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

@ThreeUKSupport Oooo that’s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I don’t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

.@ThreeUKSupport I would like to know what is so wrong with data in your network. Often have only 3G and even when I have 4G reception data just doesn’t seem to work or works incredibly slow. I’m basically paying for data I can’t barely used or when used is unpractical …

@ThreeUKSupport It has always been so in the past. But I have been asked to call (hard with no service), the online help said they couldn’t do anything, and when I did call (borrowed phone) an automated message said to call in business hours. It’s not pressing but would like to sort if pos.

@ThreeUKSupport Never arrived. Despite me calling customer service and asking exact day they insisted is 14.Lack of respect of someone time is disappointing. Today I'm told call tomorrow but it might be delivered on 20th.Other companies can deliver on 16 tho. But not Three.
