I have been over charge and decided to cancelled my two contracts with you guys. I was promised that once I returned the two handsets I will get a refund!

Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!

No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.

There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas.
