Useless... DONT EVER CHANGE TO THREE!!

Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

Being told by some robot in Mumbai that there is nothing he can do and there is no manager in the UK we can talk to. So unhelpful! I WANT ACTION NOW OR SO W CANCEL 6 contracts

Edmund Tallack (@Edmund_Tallack) reported from Camberwell, England@ThreeUKSupport After refusing a reduced fee due to poor service (an admission that whatever I was paying for I wasn’t getting) I declined and insisted that the 5g internet is unreliable and inconsistent and was referred to a technical specialist. Still the problems remain.

It’s the only downside of where I work. Its just very annoying not being able to use my phone on my breaks.
