    @ThreeUKSupport Thank u for your reply Jen. It is not my phone... it is my relish. Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes all paid on time. I kept chasing 3 on the whereabouts of the TV. Only today has someone told me the TV has been 'delivered'. Surely you should tell a customer they are about to receive a £400 item? and confirm the delivery date with them? I am worried it went to wrong place

Customer services said the TV itself was 'free' and I need to keep paying. l I would not have taken a deal out with 3 had I known the 'free' item would not turn up, and then go missing

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been charged for a contract I've canceled months ago. I now live abroad and checked my UK account and even though I spoke to customer care to cancel the contract has been coming off my account. I can't call customer call due to being abroad.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been abroad with this number before, but this is a new contract. I have data roaming disabled on my phone, can you enable intentional roaming so I can get the text to login?
