@ThreeUKSupport And I mean it’s been like this pretty much all of 2019. When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didn’t pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)

@ThreeUKSupport The signal for 3G-only isn’t that great either. I can make calls just fine, but data is a real problem. At home I wouldn’t be able to use my phone at all without WiFi calling enabled.

@ThreeUK your service has become absolutely shocking! What is the point of paying for a contract when the phone doesn’t work most of the time to make calls or send texts and the phone has to be connected to Wi-Fi to work? Please sort it out. This has been months!

I love snapping it shut after I've been on one of my weekly calls to your customer service line in an attempt to get updated regarding the 21 day blackout of cell service in my neighborhood. Thankfully SIM was easy to swap for a working network
