@waitrose @Deliveroo @ThreeUKSupport As a Roo driver, I’m saddened there is no service or wifi at your Banstead branch. It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. It’s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??

@ThreeUK was told my cancellation fee by multiple advisors. Come to paying it and it’s more than I was told. Phone up your customers service only to be told it was an “approximate” amount when I was not told this from the beginning.
