@ThreeUKSupport I would bet my life on it that you can’t help! This has been ongoing for over 2 months! There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport time to block ALL 0843 No’s. Got 3 calls in 3 mins from 3 diff No’s. 0843 only ever used for scams. As soon as you block one they generate new numbers. Just block them all and stop facilitating these crims. ME BLOCKING INDIVIDUAL NUMBERS DOESN’T HELP
