    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m disgusted with the level of service I am receiving from you lot, signed up with you for the best mobile data deals to begin with, for months now your mobile data coverage and responsiveness has been a joke. Now this today. Something needs to change.

    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have called over 10 times and each time someone hangs up on me - I am really quite fed up. I am trying to help my Grandmother and it is simply infuriating. I tried going through Live Chat but was told I had to call 33, which I have done so many times already!

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife had called me from down the street asking why her internet wasn't working. I've noticed for the past while not getting any data speed when using 4g, but 4g+ generally seems ok. Granted calls and texts seem to be ok but there's important information online she can't access

    @ThreeUK the telephone signal in SW66PL London is dire. I know you were refused planning for a mast in bishops park area for stupid reasons even if a number of is wrote to support your application (none appear on council www) as planning is no longer required. Do it now please
