@VodafoneUK Online chat is very rude !!! Initially missguided and when I ordered online and found out that I am misguided the representative just disappeared when i asked her to cancel my order! Will stay with @ThreeUK !

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, 3G works fine if you switch off 4G first. It’s more that the signal doesn’t switch over from 4G to 3G correctly. It just stops working dead as you reach the station, booting you out of your phone call or data connection. It happened again just now.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s odd as it happens in most places in London. Like where I am right now, e17 9pp, its only 2 bars. When i’m at work, nw1 5lr, i’ll sometimes have no network/or it not working

@ThreeUK your app has a broken feature - paying bills. My partner has same issues, card payment went wrong. Not clear what problem is. Had to call you b4. Please come to our house, to collect payment. I’ll give you our address. Deleting app. Please let me know when it works.

@ThreeUKSupport Dropping down to 3G is the only way to remedy the problem. But it's annoying as I have to keep remembering to turn it on again. Two handsets same issue.

@ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But I’m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

@ThreeUKSupport No - the odd station doesn’t seem to like me every now and again but Waterloo is consistent. It tells me to call 333 which obviously I can’t do with no signal 😄

@ThreeUKSupport Not much point really. I can tell myself that it will get fixed eventually but I can't say when. Your own web page doesn't help when it tells me that there are no known faults in my area when the whole country is having problems.
