Andy Page (@andypagethfc) reported from Kings Hill, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the “issue is fixed” but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?
-
Mark Hamilton (@MarkHamilton76) reported from Rochester, England@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England@Freemason_UK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 I know, very rude. And considering it’s effectively globally broadcast, worrying the corporates haven’t taken action.
-

James (@jamesdevonport) reported from Rochester, England@ThreeUK What is going on with your network recently, it never EVER works.
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Rochester, England@ThreeUKSupport ME4, 4hy. It’s like being at a festival with full signal but no data . It’s been like this for years and I need to get engineers to actually go there and test it
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??
-
Ed Sutton (@Ed_sutton92) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@ThreeUK what's up with your 4g because it's incredibly slow
-
𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England@ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.
-
Georgina (@grumbelow) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@ThreeUK the plug in broadband I signed up for is absolute useless, Netflix freezes and buffers every minute ! I live in London & was told I would have perfect connection!! How can you sell something that is so bad ?!
-
Stevo_author (@SteveMale6) reported from Smarden, EnglandWhere UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.
-
Jason Sherer (@jasonsherer) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England@ThreeUKSupport whats the issue in TN2 please?
-
Charlie Wood (@charliewoodinit) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m disgusted with the level of service I am receiving from you lot, signed up with you for the best mobile data deals to begin with, for months now your mobile data coverage and responsiveness has been a joke. Now this today. Something needs to change.

Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reported@ThreeUKSupport why do you make it so difficult to do anything online?? Sorting out my upgrade, having been a contract customer for nearly 22 years and it kept going wrong. So I spoke to someone on chat and seemed all good until the chat disappeared on me
-
Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported@coveragechecker @ThreeUK Nah no favours I could call in but then I would want everyone to get good signal and at least something decent lol ah the masts they were a good thing, at least you get some really good stuff lol
-
Mike (@LajomC) reportedHello. I'm currently a Three customer. I bought a physical SIM card the US. The SIM card is activated and registered with T-Mobile. after doing research myself it appears that the VoLTE provision is switched off on your end. Please advise and help me @ThreeUKSupport
-
jay.fox (@FoxRunTime) reportedsee that signal strength? still better than @ThreeUK!
-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
-
David (@princelawanii) reportedThree Mobile, you frustrate me with how ****** the network has been over the past few weeks. @ThreeUK
-
Dave Ball (@dazbel74) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I bought a £10 SIM card from @asda that comes with 40GB data and unlimited calls and texts for the first month. SIM was activated but no data or calls. Chatted online with a Three agent and apparently it's not a Three issue, it's an ASDA issue. How?
