Phil Davis (@ferretd69) reported from Tonbridge, England@DatKid_LF @ThreeUK @O2 @GerrardMaynard I have been on the same deal for 3 years. My data speed went up to 3 Mb... Once. Crap service and crap customer service. Get out while you can.
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)
-
Jamie (@Jamiecpfc) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@ThreeUK your service and customer service team are a disgrace. Never known such a poor service.
-
𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you “choose” not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??
-
James Aubrey (@JimboUK71) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@waitrose @Deliveroo @ThreeUKSupport As a Roo driver, I’m saddened there is no service or wifi at your Banstead branch. It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. It’s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??
-
Rockwell7 😷 (@Rockwell7) reported from Maidstone, England@Mobile_Dom @GadgetsBoy I've got no 5G signal for my side of Maidstone in Kent from @ThreeUK so I can't test 5G atm
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isn’t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and can’t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the “issue is fixed” but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?
-
Dave Gardner (@shivaunt71) reported from Borough Green, England@ThreeUKSupport No Mark, your systems were down, i had to use my data before I could sort out an add on.
-
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴 (@Winclouduk) reported from Rochester, England@ThreeUKSupport ME4, 4hy. It’s like being at a festival with full signal but no data . It’s been like this for years and I need to get engineers to actually go there and test it
-
alastair goodale (@GtAlastair) reported from Maidstone, England@ThreeUKSupport why have I got issues with tweets?
-
Stevo_author (@SteveMale6) reported from Smarden, EnglandWhere UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.
-
Ed Sutton (@Ed_sutton92) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@ThreeUK what's up with your 4g because it's incredibly slow
-
James (@jamesdevonport) reported from Rochester, England@ThreeUK What is going on with your network recently, it never EVER works.
-
Dean Stevens (@DWJStevens1991) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.
-
Lord Snoutintrough #FBPE (@Rowland72James) reported from Maidstone, England@PhillWatson1970 @alanbellapertum @Jim_Cornelius @RealLondoner85 @WG_Grapevine @andrewjskatz @TheStateWatcher @SuzanneEvans1 @lunaperla @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK They are like people lwho solv the problem of belong cold by burning the house down
-
Medway Times (@MedwayTimes) reported from Maidstone, England@ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Ps. Still broken according to your network status page! How much of the time does it need to be broken before you refund some of my charges? Currently at around 90% faulty!
-
Chris Tring (@drongo123uk) reported from Gillingham, England@manxiouslife I too have had very good service from @ThreeUK however, i will be leaving simply because they don't support Esim, and having a smart watch i would like the support

-
the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴 (@bearded_courier) reportedAnd for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK
-
Casino Capital (@CasinoCapital) reported@moneyandmore72 @ThreeUKSupport I've managed to see nothing so far 🙈 But lots of artists back from previous years...if I was picking one I'd prob say Garry Starr, I've never laughed so hard, he's a diff show this year I def plan to go
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport B43 7EQ Birmingham Still a very poor recieption (internet)
-
Playwriter Guy (@playwriter_guy) reported@ThreeUK @RoyalMail I have been a customer of Three for as long as I can remember and I have never been treated with this much disrespect over £55. I value honesty and transparency and so far Three have been very dishonest. I will pay off my contract early so I can leave this terrible company.
-
You Can Call Me Honey (@babylonlover29) reported@ThreeUK you have the WORST customer support personnels EVER!
-
Taylor✌️ (@JulieOutrageous) reported@KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there
-
David McKean (@keanie14) reported@threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.
-
Mark Baroney (@bardne53756) reported@ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.
-
Rohit Kumar (@rohittkumarr28) reported@GOVUK pls look through @ThreeUK service. They should be penalised
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
