    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. Iโ€™ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. Iโ€™ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldnโ€™t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itโ€™s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 donโ€™t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m disgusted with the level of service I am receiving from you lot, signed up with you for the best mobile data deals to begin with, for months now your mobile data coverage and responsiveness has been a joke. Now this today. Something needs to change.

    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadnโ€™t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff canโ€™t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone is iPhone 8plus me1 2hn but the area affected for over a year. Or is me4 4hy. Signal is full on 3&4g but nothing happens

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes had issue Sunday! Had to reboot router several times before it connected to the internet! BN14 9GA. No error lights on router but can see in the app that no internet connection

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you โ€œchooseโ€ not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    @ThreeUK please help. My data only iPad account has charges for premium text ls@from 65333 . I have called you service line and emailed the address they gave me but all are invalid. Anyway of getting this removed

    @ThreeUK Small number of text messages? How about all text messages and voice calls NOT WORKING ALL DAY - any incoming calls are missed as they wonโ€™t arrive via third party apps. @ThreeUK what about compensation? Iโ€™ve potentially missed medical calls today. Not good enough.
