I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadnโt even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff canโt listen to reason!

Almost as if they werenโt really from 3โฆ.
