@ThreeUK It’s a shame I’ve had to resort to this. Three customer service is the worst ever. New phone went missing, 2 months ago , now having been promised 2 weeks ago it was sorted , still nothing.

@ajpaterson @ThreeUK .. common and well known problem that has been around for years - usually charges are triggered by you opening an sms coming from a 3digit or 4digit numbers. .. Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

@waitrose @Deliveroo @ThreeUKSupport As a Roo driver, I’m saddened there is no service or wifi at your Banstead branch. It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. It’s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Well your decision to bring in roaming charges as well as poor 4g and voice signal has helped me decide to move my 2 numbers on. Loved Three for the first 8yrs but the last couple of years have been poor.
-

(@metaburbia) reported
@ThreeUK relying on contract inertia from their customers. Here's hoping they go down the pan.
-
I don't want to say

This is especially problematic as @ThreeUK have still not introduced eSim support for Apple Watches. I bought one a few months ago, under the false impression eSim would be supported in 2021. Well, if at all, it looks like it will be supported *after* the roaming charge cut-off
-

@ThreeUK Not a big enough network to cover the EU without extra roaming costs though?
-

(@wonderkid100_92) reported
@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded my contract (early) today and the man said that i won’t be effected by the post 2nd Oct roaming charges despite the contact coming into effect 9th October as I upgraded today. Can you please confirm this as just want to be sure or I’ll cancel and leave.

@dandel95 @ThreeUK The beginning of the end for @ThreeUK ,go roam was one of the few redeeming factors for the network
-
Tim Bunce

Been a @ThreeUK customer for a decade but will be leaving next contract due to them bringing back roaming charges. Even in the Go Roam countries that didn’t have them before the EU law. Go Roam was your USP, why would people stick around or now..? Ridiculous. @ThreeUKSupport
-
Jonathan McDowell
(@revdenoodles) reported
@mauricerkelly @Bolster @ThreeUK Past experience suggests EE have the best data network but if you care mainly about voice (and who does?) then O2 had the edge for coverage as long as you didn't mind getting 2G more than 3G.
-
Rosie Niven
(@rosieniven) reported
@richyj1504 @ThreeUK I am not a 3 customer but I was aware that they were the best network when it came to roaming because of perks like go roam. Of all the networks I would have thought that they would be the last to do this.
-
TherealMandalorian
(@MisterJamie) reported
@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?
