Under the circumstances I'm sure someone high up with Three can have his contract ended in a shop.

Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. He signed a 18 month contract with @ThreeUK 5th December.. he has no speed at all from his plug in 4g router...we tried getting help. The manager from the 3 shop he advised to phone and cancel. 1/2

Mark Bush (@mjb8028) reported@ThreeUK issue with new phone order and not getting anywhere with the live chat. Was ordered earlier in the week with the “Saturday All Day” extra charge however it turns out it was apparently attempted delivery on Thursday and Friday this week. You aren’t taking any
