I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.

I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
