@ThreeUK thank you...you make it impossible to cancel. You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork

  • danieljohnallis
Daniel Allis 🇬🇧 (@danieljohnallis) reported from Gateshead, England

@_macca_pacca @SpeedtestAwards @ThreeUK It’s everywhere in town, I’ve been all over the north east when I was on 3 and the signal was crap and so were the speeds

  • Stoddy75
Andrew 🏳️‍🌈 (@Stoddy75) reported from Seaton Delaval, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, any idea how long the works are going on for in NE25 0JF as I’ve had rubbish signal for days? I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

  • LeeNoble
Lee Noble 🇪🇺 (@LeeNoble) reported from Ashington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me if there is internet signal in NE23 1WD today? There wasn't yesterday. Appears to be a regular thing.

  • ReubenPeccable
Andrew Miller (@ReubenPeccable) reported from Seaton Delaval, England

@ThreeUK Hey Three! I accidentally subscribed to your mobile wifi instead of a real broadband provider. Is there any chance I'll get a decent signal or am I just going to have to deal with having no internet for hours at a time?

  • SocialHermitCal
'Camerado' Cal Desmond-Pearson (The Social Hermit) (@SocialHermitCal) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Hello @ThreeUK, as a long time customer, I sincerely hope that you guys are not planning to advertise on GB News at any point. #DontFundGBNews

  • geordie_driver
Border Riever 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@geordie_driver) reported from Seaton Delaval, England

@ThreeUK can you sort out a signal in teesport. I know Mother Nature gave up around there, but a decent signal wouldn’t go a miss. Reminds me of watching porn on dial up in the 90’s.

  • chewytheleftie
Chris Tindall (@chewytheleftie) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi, need to speak to someone re mobile WiFi that’s not working. Tried the number on website, just cuts off

  • 19bootsy68

@ThreeUK strange network issues, as my phone is randomly sending old texts to people..causing some problems in my household 😡

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport If we do.. I don't expect whoever we speak to to go and and on...i want John to have the right to cancel as soon as he requests to cancel. I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.

  • JackLegind
JL (@JackLegind) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUKSupport can’t update DD details online. Go onto app and says I can’t do it. Chat support is useless and takes 2 hours. Go into store and ask - told they can’t help but use have to use app, me: “that’s shite as well” “I know” cheers then 👍🏼

  • Funstie
Jonathan Peat (@Funstie) reported from Ponteland, England

@ThreeUKSupport Well thanks for relying almost 24hrs later. As I mentioned the problem is not just in London. Same issues in Newcastle.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Chopwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I couldnt do it... My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I don't have the time to sort more problems out as I have problems of my own with just moving property.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport No...and it looks an impossible task to get his refund he is rightly owed. The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

  • davidmellstrom
David Mellstrom (@davidmellstrom) reported from Morpeth, England

@ThreeUKSupport Pretty much anywhere indoors! I live in a ground floor flat at NE26 2RG and I have to have my phone on a windowsill to get even 1 bar of signal.

  • andyb7274
Andy Brown (@andyb7274) reported from Bedlington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Ok, but how will that fix the website reporting the same ?

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your Indian call centres makes it very hard to sort anything out when you get passed to technical for technical to say they are putting you through to technical because this technical can't give the go ahead to cancel the contract. You're a sinister comedy act #cybermuggers.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

  • gendal
    Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported

@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.

  • MimnaAaron
    Aaron (@MimnaAaron) reported

@ThreeUK You are a bunch of faggy Peadofiles Why ******** would you put a child riding an inflatable chicken for a reason to sell phone service Your a fruitcake service Thank **** I steered away from you Ring ring … Jeffrey Epstine is calling… ring ring pesos
