All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... Under the circumstances I'm sure someone high up with Three can have his contract ended in a shop.

He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.
