I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork

I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.

My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear
