    @ThreeUKSupport Don't think it's a Samsung issue, as I said my work phone conects ok which to me points toward the phone wifi accessibility through 3! Very disappointing reply!

    @Nathan_McMillan @ThreeUK @intuMetrocentre The kid who went into me on the bike stopped and profusely apologised..the truck driver carried on... I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

    @ThreeUK please hear me. I called your customer service coz I have been receiving 2-3 mbps. This is far what u promise 25-35. I never had this speed. They told me to use the chat options rather than call. Still no answer. I queue on your store for almost 2 hours to solve this but

    @ThreeUK thank you...you make it impossible to cancel. You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork

    @ThreeUKSupport He doesn't want to talk to any Indian Call centre worker. All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... How bad will yous look if John falls really ill and ends up in hospital.

    Anytime Iโ€™m in Newcastle City Centre on a match day I cannot get any signal even though it says I have 5G. @ThreeUK are one of the worst networks.

    @ThreeUK can you sort out a signal in teesport. I know Mother Nature gave up around there, but a decent signal wouldnโ€™t go a miss. Reminds me of watching porn on dial up in the 90โ€™s.

    @ThreeUK Iโ€™ve had no calls or mobile data on 2 business lines since mid-Feb 2026. Multiple contacts, SIM & eSIM changes, still unresolved. Formal complaint sent 12 March โ€“ no acknowledgement received. This is now a serious business impact. Please escalate urgently
