Anytime I’m in Newcastle City Centre on a match day I cannot get any signal even though it says I have 5G. @ThreeUK are one of the worst networks.

@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

@ThreeUK After being on phone for over an hour, the support kindly waived some charges, a phone call later saying they cannot do this ..what they agreeded because of a waive back in 2017 for £8....what a joke!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Why do your phone operators lie? Apps open in the background can cause poor signal issues, can it? No it can't. Open apps can cause lag and RAM issues but not the network itself. They're either lying or incompetent. Which is it? #poorcustomerservice

Horrible experience with @ThreeUK. My contract with them ended n I switched to a different plan on a new number as the old no. was closed. Apparently they still kept generating bills n I had to make the payment n cancel the plan manually! Didn't expect from three @ThreeUKSupport
