Paddy (@stobbsmeister) reported from Seaham, England@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

Tom (@Icypixel) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@ThreeUKSupport I've been traveling to Newcastle for work over the last 12 or so months and the signal in the centre of Newcastle has been constantly poor, slow/non existent mobile internet. Andrew 🏳️🌈 (@Stoddy75) reported from Seaton Delaval, England@ThreeUKSupport Hello, any idea how long the works are going on for in NE25 0JF as I’ve had rubbish signal for days? I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.
-
Sam (@purplelime) reported from South Shields, England@rutty_uk @ThreeUK Cheers, some decent plans/prices there. Was always a bit concerned about them not having a help number but I think most networks do it all on social media anyway.

Ashlar1 (@crb22462) reported@ThreeUK complaining on CS I NEED to cancel my son's contract THAT I AM the account holder off.But you can't seem to allow me access with your ridiculous security The phone is OFF so I won't get the TEXT if I call him and ask for the email code I have to end the call.🤬🤬🤬
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
-
Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
-
Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reportedI'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
Sean Redmond (@seanpaulguitar) reported@ThreeUK your live chat agent is a pile of crap, if someone asks to be put through to an agent and says no questions it must immediately do so, your unacceptable menus and ridiculous questions arent acceptable, if i ask for an agent it should be IMMEDIATE
-
K (@KRUNAL1) reported@ThreeUK why are you scamming customers by letting third party companies add subscriptions to the broadband service ? What is Weezchat that I have never signed up for ? £18 pounds ? How ? When asked to cancel you can’t, so you can add without my permission taken from me account but can’t cancel? How to cancel ? They send a sms ? How when it’s hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - I’m not the only one that been scammed, there’s hundreds of people
